10 years of FIFYou sure about that I thought the NG next to the FIFA meant next gen no? If that trully is current gen that's beyond words man.

What is PES's online play like? Does it have like 2v2 or club games like FIFA? Can't seem to find much about it, so figured I would just ask here.

Tbf, you have to give the PES team credit as well. It's a modified version of the Fox Engine, after all...
As for online play, the modes for this years haven't been announced but I'd imagine it'll be the usual suspects (Master League Online, Legends and normal matches) and some new modes added in

Forum Supporter10 years of FIFWell, the only thing that impressed me there is the looks of the players.
Mainly the subsurface scattering in the skin shader they are using, which I have already seen in the MGS5 trailers, I.e. what they have adopted from the FOX engine was what impressed me.
The other barycentric ball control and AI stuff, which is the work done by the PES team, didn't really impress me all that much tbh.

Hoping PES takes off again.
The PES 4 - 6 days were brilliant. I created the largest online league here in Australia with around 800 members, 300-400 of them being active. Got to the point where ATARI contacted us to promote the launch of PES 2008.... and then everything went down hill because KONAMI fucked everything up.
Ahhhh I miss the PES days.
