I dont understand how Zhang/Suning can take the legal route.

There is a deadline, Zhang/Suning shat the bed and could not pay up.

My assumption, and I have always said, is that this conglomerates was unlikely to pay the asking price ($1Bil) because of this is the exact reason. Zhang if he were to sell had to meet the market.

Oaktree will sell with the best offer and fair market value on open market I assume Inter will be sold between 500/700M.

They try to argue that Oaktree interfered with Pimco Loan. That is only my explanation. But you need an evidentiary hearing and burden of proof.

stefan is right, though, the terms would probably define where the credit agreement is arbitrated. Likely America, though, because it'd end up being more favourable to the loan company likely.

I think it's good. We will have a new ownership, with no debts and stability. Marotta, Zanetti and Inzaghi will stay on. There would be better transfer policy, where we are not going to nickel and dime for every cheap transfer target. I feel positive.

let me really stress this point- our financial problems are because our squad cost more than we make. Ownership issues are noise. Everyone seems to focus on the noise, without realising this team fundamentally costs more than it makes.

See, you are not going to have a 400 mil debt with new owner. That's a stability for me.
