Greetings from Finland's capital city Helsinki! Somehow I found out this forum approximately just three monthes ago. I quickly noticed that this forum have great posters and good community spirit, so few weeks ago I decided to join. It's already easy to say that the decision was right, hope you agree... I have already wrote some messages around but now it's time to tell about something of myself and Inter.
As you can see, I'm coming from Finland, from country where ice fucking hockey and motor sports dominate. How I fell in love with Internazionale and Italian football? The main reason is my grandfather who lived in Rome 12 years. He became Laziale. Grandpa teached everything about Italian football. He told all about skyblue pride of Roma, all about irritating Juventinos, disgusting Romanistas and Napolitaens... I listened his stories of Italian football with huge interest and about 9 years ago I found my team, Internazionale. I made weekend trip to Milano with my dad, his bro and my grandfather. We of course headed to Inter-Udinese and I enamored right away in stadium. Beautiful black and blue colour combination muted me, those colours were everywhere - I was absolutely shocked in good way. The game was true spectacle, Inter won 3-2. Vieri, Ventola and Conceiçao scored for Nerazzurri. Honestly, zebras were maybe the better side but Inter were more clincial.
Since that trip, Inter have been big part of my life. Every season I make 2-3 trips to Milano, this spring I will be in the Meazza's stands against Bologna and juve. My goal is of course be always watching when Inter are on the pitch but sometimes it's quite hard when streams doesn't work. I have got Canal+ but they show Serie A so remotely nowadays.
As you can notice, my English is quite incomplete - it was always my poorest subject in school and I don't know why. Maybe this forum and its conversations will improve that skill. Anyhow I speak and understand - again thanks for my grandpa - basic Italian and this ability is a quite useful one as an Interista and follower of Italian football.
FORZA INTER!
