- Kick off: 20:45 CET

- Inter's previous 5 games: DWDDW

- Udinese's previous 5 games: WWLLL

So, another game. Sanchez is almost guaranteed a start up front with Lukaku, with most likely Esposito getting some minutes. The other option is to start Lukaku alone up front with two of Eriksen/Sensi/Sanchez next to him, and try the 2 man midfield again like last night. I didn't hate Vecino yesterday, so you do you Conte.

As far as I know, this is our list of injuries: De Vrij, Skriniar and D'Ambrosio (Flu), Sensi and Borja (Muscle fatigue), Gagliardini (Bruised foot), and Brozovic (Recovering from a twisted ankle). Pretty fucking dire, but I think by Sunday we'll at least recover Borja and the three defenders. Sensi is doing my nut in, but it's only because he was so good before he essentially died for 4 months.

Anyway, I don't think Udinese are particularly good, though they're not in the free fall they were earlier in the season, and as always look out for De Paul to prove his worth to us.

Udinese have a lot of muscle in midfield with Fofana and Sema. Even though he scored the winner last time, they gave Sensi a hard match and pressured our midfield immensely to suffocate our playmaking. We need to improve further from yesterday's victory, pick up the win and some momentum ahead of the derby. Not looking past Udinese who are always a headache, but Milan are in a good patch. Since the new year they've drawn once and won 5 in a row, and they should make it 6 against Verona.

Anyway, we have a full week rest between this fixture and the derby. Let's see who we can recover in time for Sunday and put out our strongest team while taking no risks. Hopefully the guys suffering from flu don't get quarantined, Eriksen gets a start and Vecino can carry on from his good match.

I would prefer Bastoni as midfielder than Vecino for this game.

Seriously drop these Skriniar/devrij/Bastoni as DM posts.

It's not FIFA. Just because he has man marking high and passing level ok, doesn't mean his rating will just drop from 86 to 82 as DM.

You're losing all your credibility...

And Bastoni has shown a glimpses of how he's still a kid. Sometimes he plays way too soft in defensive situations.

But yeah, Udinese's midfield might be a bit intimidating for our softies. If Sensi is still out, that's one softie out. Eriksen should definitely start this one, he's a softie too. :D Barella and Brozovic can fight although Barella is a bit short, and obviously Vecino is our go-to guy for the physical battles.

Not feeling too well for this match at all, we've had big troubles creating chances in recent games, apart from the Fiorentina match 2nd half which was completely ours.

Feeling we're gonna wreck udinese. That barella goal as well as the win should be the kick in the ass needed.

For all the trouble they caused us, we beat them hard on many occasions lately. Mazzari beat them 0-3 away, Mancio and Spallo both 0-4 away, Pioli 5-2 at home.

We should be ok if we play without Candreva, Sanchez and Sensi.

If we can't trash Udi with this expensive squad and coach, then maybe we need to do something about it. This again a great test for how good Conte is.

how come no candreva/sanchez?

Candreva isn't a good crosser. Sanchez is never fully fit. So why waste a substitution on a player I am almost sure he will let us down?
