Exactly. Our midfielders go forward more freely thus leaving space behind. Udinese couldn't ask for better tactic to play against. The problem is we still can't create enough in attack (thus leading more goals) to compensate the chances we give to the opponent.

Its rediculusly stupid to blame a forward for our incopetent defence. We are outplayed in every single part of the game. Castelatzi cost us two goals. But second one even JC wouldn't make it. We need Another Striker..IMO

I'm not saying we don't need upgrades up front but if there is one line that is at least "good enough" is up front. I know we don't have quality back ups but at least we have some good players even with milito off form.

In midfield we keep playing with a bunch of semi retired defensive midfielders year after year and in defense we have no left back.

A real left back and a real two way midfielder are IMO a priority. Striker comes after that. If they can get all three quality players I'm all for that lol

Left back is true for several years now indeed. A two way midfielder is also true.

But I just don't see why you consider those priorities. We still have Chivu, we still can play with Dejan in midfield (once Sneijder is back and maybe even Coutinho).

In offense we have Eto'o, and then Milito, Pandev and Biabiany.

I find it hard to believe, we're good enough there.

There is nothing terribly wrong with the midfield, nor the defence. Udinese hasnt been that impressive. We on the contrary havent played to our potential (cliche, right?) Our attacks are just not conclusive coz Eto'o is practically playing by himself up there & knowing how deep he likes to drop, we end up with no striker. half the times he is exchanging more with Deki & Maicon than with his partner upfront!
I will be for bringing on Obi for Pandez. Play with one forward!

Anyway, I beleive we can & wil comeback into this game!!

Get Santon in and go half all-out. The only option we have at the moment to improve our performance is to take out Chivu and have another full-back push forward. So only Santon or Mariga can come in.
