Actually Recoba played very well..One of the best on the pitch in both halves.His passing and dribbling was great.

He had the captain's armband and was subbed towards the end when we needed fresh legs.

If he stays like this ( cant wait till Roma game ) and continues this good form,i am sure the bad rep he gets about being inconsistent will quietely disappear.I just hope he partners Adriano,cuz those two love Roma.

I am so happy for Recoba. I am so happy about he wearing the captain armband. That is a sign that Mancini is really having a trust on this guy nowdays.
Only thing that concerns me for a bit is Adriano. I hope he is not injured badly.But luckily we can do good without him also.

Actually, when recoba was on the pitch, the whole team's attack was alive...where as when martins entered...the team hardly attacked..it seems like there is a wall between the midfielders and strikers and long balls just doesn't get through as good
