what do you mean "dare to say." Everyone knows La Liga is by far the best league. Their UEFA coefficient is so high it's almost fake, and the three best clubs in the world quite possibly all play in La Liga.

I believe the EPL is the most entertaining league in the world (by far), but in terms of quality it's easily La Liga.
