UEFA Cup Finals 97/98

Our last European trophy. I admit I wasn't a fan of Inter at this time but I downloaded the game off my roomates computer using Emule. Our team was quite good with a fairly young Javier Zanetti and the ever infamous Il Fenomeno. Both scored superb goals (along with Zamorano) and we won 3-0 though the scoreline wasn't exactly fair as I thought Lazio played very well.

Does anyone else remember this game?

CORRECTION....... Zamorano will ever be an inter legend, but Ronaldo -- NO, he is certainly not a club legend. More like a club disgrace.

Not in Serie A I think... Actually quite strange if you ask me, we just cant defeat them

This is one of the 2 most memorable European fixtures in my Inter life, the other being Inter - Real Madrid. What can be said about this game that has not already been said? A wonderful, magical night that had 3 of the best goals i have ever seen. Zamorano & Capitano, the 2 heroes of the night. :star:

MilanHater, can you share the video of the Inter - Lazio fixture? I've been looking for a digital copy but was not able to find all these years.

I sadly never saw the game, or heared about it. I wasn't an Inter fan, and I used to detest the UEFA cup and the Cup Winners cup. It would be great for someone to post a video or pics from that game.

I did see all three goals from the best 100 goals in Inter's history, all of them were great.

I remember that game well...For some reason i was sure of the win more than I was in any other game..

The players didnt disappoint,glorious performance all around from the first minute.

LOL!! u used to that 2 man...my teacher used to flip out back in the day. In our schools, one way of reaching our parents if we gave them trouble in class, they will write a note to our parents in that diary and expect it to be signed the next day. Sucks i kno, my teachers used to find pics of the football players i used to cut out from the newspapers, oh..during art CLASS!!
