Liverpool, Valencia and Marseilles were after him. He chose us, although they offered more money. :notbad:

It's obvious a lot of clubs would be after a player whose contract expires next June but not all clubs like to buy deadweight for the sake of it like we do.

I hope he turns out like to be a pleasant surprise for us.

He is a quite nice signing and atm he would be a starting player for us because our midfield sucks :D He is pretty aggressive and a midfield with Cambiasso Guarin and him is quite decent. All of them can pass and win duels - but he will take play-time from Benassi:fffuuu:

Benassi wont play one of the reason is he cant play week in and week out like we are doing it right now to Guarin, so the reason Kuzman is here is one reason only, that we do need midfielder, Mudin is injured thats why he comes in

I remember when this guy was with Fiorentina. Not bad of a signing. It was either they sold him or he would've went to Inter on a free :notbad:

I don't mind Kuzmanovic at all. He is 10x better than Zanetti and Cambiasso. And I remember him being good for Fiorentina, not spectacular but definitely good with decent ball playing and passing abilities. Plus he is cheap and young.

What's wrong with Cambiasso? The dude has decent passing ability and reads the game well. He can play very well if he isn't expected to play every game as he has never been an athlete. If he had Zanetti's genes we'd be set for years, sadly he was probably meant to be a fat shoe-salesman.

It's clear though what kind of midfield that Strama has in mind. He wants an athletic, powerful one but that doesn't mean he will compromise on creativity, he's just not looking for the Barca kind of midfield with smooth passing skills and finesse.

He shouldn't be expected to play every game. If he plays 2 out of every three games or something Cambiasso usually performs well. It's when he is forced to play every game that he turns in terrible performances.

Schelotto and Kuzmanovic are now two new Inter players. Both have signed contract and will train with Inter tomorrow.

Most Stuttgart fans are very pleased that he is finally gone, as he was one of the top earners with 2,5m€ (gross) but being average at best in midfield the last 2 seasons. They have some very talented kids coming through their ranks (Holzhauser, Rani Khedira, Yalcin) and Kvist + Gentner are the regular starters for Stuttgart.

The fans still cant believe, that former manager Heldt paid 8m€ to get him..not his only waste of money during his reign. Since two years Stuttgart is implementing a very strict wage structure and Kuz is one of the last players who doesnt fit in. It was clear since some time that Kuz would never extend and reducing his wage demands but instead using his contract situation to get a good contract somewhere and he always spoke highly about Italy.

He is not very good defensively, his workrate and passing is average and he was very inconsistent..no Bundesliga club showed interest to sign him despite that contract situation, because BL is full of talents who are better than him and cost less and Stuttgart has one of the best youth concepts so they are happy to save his wage and get e little extra for that half season.

TBO nobody understands that transfer and the good reputation he still has in Italy. He is not good enough for Stuttgart but good enough for Inter? IMO its the wrong direction, but the fee is low and you never know..I wish you guys good luck with him.

Thanks for the Info, sometimes players can cause more problem for its own, and best thing is he is now sold, and will most likely not get more then 2 mill euro a year as inter does have strict on wages. Time will tell how good he is as changing teams sometimes gives boost to a player.

he's also almost certainly a general rotation player with slightly different characteristics to our current players - anyone who is even better than shit at passing will be an improvement tbh

Sent Giancarlo Rinaldi (writer for Football Italia and Viola fan) a tweet and asked him what his thoughts were about this transfer, he answered:

I always liked him but he's no superstar. Good hard worker and will chip in a few goals too.

A bit contrary to what Nostradamus says about his workrate.

As I said, completely average and irrelevant player.

Unless he earns a lot of money, I'd rather have 25 yrs old Kuzmanovic as rotational player than 31 yrs old Gaby.

I don't remember when this guy was with Fiorentina. But I remember him with Stuttgart. His contract ends in June and so the most Stuttgart-fans are getting wet already because it seems that they get some money for this flop.
