eat too much? that's possible? XD depending on how you lift - you need A LOT of food, surely you know that? what's your diet like, energy and macro wise?i dunno I am 75 kg now, I started eating too much and lifting heavier..
how to start doing muscle definition , do I need to lose a bit of weight?
up your protein, lower your carbs for quicker definition, or carb rotate. if you cut carbs completely, make sure you cycle off and refeed every 8-12 weeks or risk severely effing up your body ph (and you will feel every bit of it )
how tall are you? 75kg isn't heavy by any means it's a fine weight for a guy, but I really guess it actually depends on your goals.
and for the hair... shave it
neah, do as you wish it's def not my preferred look on a guy but yours doesn't seem awful. then again I'm from my phone so maybe it just doesn't look bad hahah
