i dunno I am 75 kg now, I started eating too much and lifting heavier..

how to start doing muscle definition , do I need to lose a bit of weight?
eat too much? that's possible? XD depending on how you lift - you need A LOT of food, surely you know that? what's your diet like, energy and macro wise?

up your protein, lower your carbs for quicker definition, or carb rotate. if you cut carbs completely, make sure you cycle off and refeed every 8-12 weeks or risk severely effing up your body ph (and you will feel every bit of it :lol:)

how tall are you? 75kg isn't heavy by any means :lol: it's a fine weight for a guy, but I really guess it actually depends on your goals.

and for the hair... shave it :lol:
neah, do as you wish ;) it's def not my preferred look on a guy but yours doesn't seem awful. then again I'm from my phone so maybe it just doesn't look bad hahah :p

hahahahah good, they needed all the help they could get. I'd do the same unveil if I knew I wouldn't regret it after XD Either way, I need to gain up to 9kg for MMA now, so I doubt I'll be this lean again for a while :pokerface:

I eat 0.5 chicken lean meat , 1 l of milk, cottage cheese with bread that is mixed with other things (dunno how to describe it but it has 25% protein) , I also eat lots of pasta before training ..

now that you said to get lean I think I will eat a bit less..

one time I AM in GYM and this really SEXY BABE is working out next to me. i casually GLANCE OVER at her and to GIVE her a little boost I GIVE HER a wink - bitches love winks. ANYWAY, because someone like ME IS give to her ATTENTIONS she is making a BETTER workout, and after WHEN WE ARE finish she COMES UP TO ME and thanks me for motivating her. we get TALKING FOR a while and she tells ME SHE IS model, which is NO SURPRISE because she's sexy. LOVELY brown eyes, and brown hair TO MATCH... (and i'm not TALKING about downstairs hair... :lala:)

AFTER some time she BEGS me to have drinks with HER and soon we're both PRETTY drunk. we get BACK TO THIS random ass HOTEL to find some really chilled OUT BAND playing in the bar and they're DOING LOTS OF daft PUNK COVERS! SO i couldn't take it ANYMORE and brought her UP TO A ROOM and, well... let's just say I RANDOMLY ACCESSED a lot more than her MEMORIES, if you KNOW what I MEAN... to make things MORE WEIRD we slept together and did it ONE MORE TIME in the morning, only that time it WAS HARDER, BETTER, FASTER and STRONGER! :lol:

I started squating 120 lbs :work: , and bench pressing 150 lbs :work:

I know its not that much but its still success
