Gary Medel’s future remains in the balance with reports he has agreed personal terms with Besiktas, but Inter haven’t received an offer.
The Chile international turned 30 on Thursday and his contract is due to expire in June 2018.
He is not part of Coach Luciano Spalletti’s plans and has been linked with a series of clubs, including DC United, Boca Juniors and Tigres.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Medel has given the go-ahead to join Besiktas and worked out personal terms.
However, the Turkish club has not yet made a formal proposal to Inter.

10 years of FIFif its in Turkish, medel and his agent prob have no idea what it says - if its in Italian or Spanish, besiktas brass may have no idea what it says. English is pretty much universal.

Today’s encounter between the two clubs worked out the details.
Medel has already given his all-clear and there are even images circulating online supposedly of his signature on the contract.
According to NTVSpor, the Chile international has penned a three-year deal worth €2.3m per season.
NTVSpor and Sportitalia claim the fee to sign him from Inter was €5m, but this may well include other bonuses.
Medel just turned 30 and has been with the Nerazzurri since the summer of 2014.
He has 103 senior caps for Chile, scoring seven goals.
