I think today we kind of did, last week we certainly did not, the change in formation helped him IMO, he was able to pop up on the wings form time to time and wasn’t so static.

It makes sense not to play Candreva when Eder is playing since I don't think they complement each other much as Eder doesn't feed off those crosses like Icardi would.

Anyway, Eder isn't the most talented player, but I feel he gets hard done by some fans. He has only 3 goals this season, but to be fair, he's only started about 2 games. It's sometime tough for a player to have routine finishing when they hardly play.

He had some really bad matches around December/January, but credit for him for the last 2 matches. Nothing special, but managed to get goals in both games and overall does well to win us fouls and get players yellow carded (although some of the diving is comically bad).

He could have had an assist if Perisic finished off that chance with the header. It was a nice play between Eder and Karamoh.

I know I'll regret saying this later on, but I think he ought to play more. He was able to deliver the goods in desperate times, which is more than can be said about any other player so far, bar Miranda and Skriniar. Sadly, I don't think he stands a chance once Icardi is fit again, Spalletti is crystal clear that he wants Mauro alone up front, and had he planned to use Éder as a winger or a trequartista, he'd done so before.

well, perisic will most likely miss next match so i guess we will see eder again, this time on the wing (not even sure left wing)

I truly can't stand this guy, to some ridiculous level as if he shagged my Mrs or something. I do not want to ever see him in this shirt ever again after the end of this season. If we do not sell him and a bunch of other useless cunts, I may have to take a season long sabbatical.
