I actually felt the opposite. This is the best his attitude has been in the past few months. He was putting pressure on defenders and really tried.

I had more issues with Icardi's attitude, who didn't seem to want to put in a run for the entire match.

Eder's finishing was shit, but hardly his attitude.

It's the same story as Brozovic, when sometimes (not yesterday) i say I don't like his attitude and people give me: "but he ran a lot, he actually ran more kilometers than any other player".

My point is, you can run a lot, but you need to be focused when it counts the most. Eder gave me the distinct impression that he didn't give his best when it came to shooting, Ihe can do much better than this, he's not like joao Mario.

I appreciate him running his ass off but I can't shake the feeling from my head that he was careless in shooting.

Granted, I might be wrong. But still, I would love to be in the same room with him for 30 seconds and shout to his face: "would you mind stop being a moron?"

Call me crazy but I wouldn’t do straight Eder@Sturidge trade, I would rather keep Eder no matter how bad he is.

I would sell him only under condition that we use that money for Verdi or Delafoe, I know they are more expensive but we can figure something out.

That attempt to get a penalty was funny. I'm surprised that the referee hasn't given him a yellow card for acting. But that actual yellow card which he's taken later was even funnier because he was actually fouled that time.

I like his aggressiveness and the constant pressure on the opponents. However, he was out of the game sometime at the second half. Most likely tired himself.

His ball touch isn't perfect because he plays so rarely. I think he's an okay backup and he isn't to be blamed at all IMO for this game.

I neither like nor dislike him, I am very indifferent. It's clear that he doesn't have what it takes to dance out the entire 90 minutes. Hell, when he was walking out of the pitch at half-time he looked like he was about to collapse. And while at one hand I appreciate the simple difference he brings to our game I also cannot ignore all the blatant diving he attempts. It makes you appreciate Icardi ten times more because Mauro never ever falls unless he absolutely loses the balance. I don't know if Eder does it out of necessity/frailty or pseudo cunningness but that shit has to stop.

Bonus points for tonight's performance since he was very present and dominant aerially but that's pretty much it. I think he should remain an impact sub instead of a starter.

Sorry but this is so irrelevant. He plays with the ball almost everyday and no, his touch isnt “isnt perfect”, but rather SHIT for an Italian international with loads of experience. Also he gets minutes every match even though in small amounts, cant remember the last time he didnt play a single minute in a game.

He isnt to blame for yesterday’s game but there were lots of idiotic incidents he made.

I feel he's either lost a lot of the speed he had when he was with Samp due to age or that we play all together too slowly to make much use of him properly though. They should have gone to VAR for the penalty. Why is it ok to go to VAR on us but not on them when we had a clear cut penalty.

Because according to Spalleti Icardi can and should play only as a single striker (target type) and if you put a 2nd striker close to him you have to force Icardi to play wider losing on his quality.
I don't agree with this but what can i do....

Kudos to Eder anyway for what he delivers anytime he is called
