Lautaro joined Inter almost two years ago and he's 22 years old. It's not like he's 27 years old and this is his last chance to get a rich contract and play for a top team that constantly wins trophies after many trophiless years at Inter. It only confirms he always saw Inter as a stepping stone. He could stay at Inter for a couple more years and keeps improving. He would get another chance to join a better team and get a rich contract but he jumps at the first chance of joining a better team. It's his right to do so but he should cut the crap about Inter being his home while he's holding talks with Barcelona.

If Lautaro is given the same contract as Griezmann of course he wants to move. Any sane player would want to move.

Lautaro hasn't said he wants to go to Barca.
He has not said it but he s agent clearly indicated it and his behavior does so to.
When did we ever except the money argument? WIth ronaldo? WIth zlatan? With Icardi? No we did not we called em all traitors and all of them did way more for this club then fucken lautaro and thats just a fact.
All i m saying is fuck every player who wants to leave the moment he gets a bit of fame and recognition. I dont care if your fucken Skriniar, Lautaro, Icardi or fucken samuel etoo pay your dues towards inter before you try to leave us.

It s even more harsh with lautaro as Milito worked on him even prior to coming here and i m sure JZ called him a couple of time to come here. First opportunity he gets to leave to a bigger club he takes it and leaves? Fuck that guy....

Just my two cents i know it s a business and all and we do the same shit with players if they dont work out but this just seems harsh from his side.

Also i m fully aware that this might all be bs.

There is the most recent example of Barella who chose inter over every other offer, and seems like the loyal type. Home is where the heart is after all.

If Arthur comes back in the deal, I say we go forward with it, because goals are easier to replace than a midfielder who can pull the strings.

I don't understand this argumentation. "Fuck every player who wants..." Hasn't Lautaro paid his dues towards Inter already? He's kept our boat afloat this season (with few other names)

If Lautaro's dream is to play at Barca, then sure as hell he should do it if they come and offer him a ridiculous contract. Like it's a fucking no brainer. Inter is a stepping stone club still. We cannot offer salaries which Barca can offer (to multiple players at once).

However I'd take those rumors with a pinch of salt that Barca would be offering Lautaro Griezmann-level salary (17m€ net). And we still don't know what are Lautaro's intentions. Let's wait and see.

First of that kept our boat afloat thing is bs he played good for 3 months october to jan and thats it. Imho all of brozo devrijl and Lukaku we re just as instrumental even sensi till he got injured.

Again he s still young and he could easily leave in 2 years time. There s a multitude of players who stay one more year at teams like BVB/Spurs/Napoli/atleti before they move on. He would not have to turn out to be derossi but give us more then one good fucken season.

Also JZ and milito talked to the kid at least a year before he arrived here to convince him and make it as comfortable as possible here and he leaves the first chance he gets and i should be happy with that?

It's business. He allows us to turn a 20M investment into 100M+ in 2 years. You SHOULD be happy about that.

I said im happy for the transfer gain but that would probably be rather more in one years time so not sure how valid that argument is.
Also inter should be in the business of winning matches not in the business of buying players and selling them as soon as we can make a decent profit fuck that.

I d much rather have a 20 mio investment that plays and performs here for 3 plus years than one that gives us a 80 mio profit in the short run. Even with those 80 mios it s likely that we are worse of after spending it so why the fuck should i be happy? Yes it is possible that we re better off with the money but how big are the chances that we find another lautaro? IF he would stay for another year atleast our attack would be settled we d only be searching for a good rotational CF, if we sell him well be on the search for another starter and it might be our main focus instead of tha WB s.

just my two cents i just dont like it when a young player whom we put faith in leaves us for a better club as soon as he gets a good offer i d say the same thing if we were talking barella or sensi.
If he was 27 i d understand the urgency but now...

This view that "we put faith in him" and all of that is ridiculous. It's business. We bought him because we thought he was a good player and a good investment. We played him because he played well. Not because we put "faith in him". If he didn't play well, he wouldn't sniff the field (see our looooooooooong history of shit young players). So no, we didn't put "faith in him". We played a good player and a better option than the other players we have. He doesn't owe us anything for that.

If the player wants to leave for a more attractive destination, the answer is to make yourself more attractive, not bash the player or get angry.

If you want to spend 20M and want the player to stay here for 3+ years, then make it so that they want to stay. Even when you do that, some will still leave. That's called human nature. Skriniar has stayed. Barella only wanted us. Sensi is here. Bastoni is here. Lukaku chose us. Brozo has stayed. We're doing fine attracting and keeping good, young players. Expecting all to stay is setting up false expectations.

If you think that Arthur who is regular starter at all big games and when he is healthy , that he will go to Inter from Barcelona...That is bullshit.
Thing is that they will go for Lautaro if they can't bring Neymar.
If they go for Lautaro only players that can be discussed by them in deal are Rakitic,Vidal,Todibo and Alena.
Inter is not big club like Barcelona and can't keep best players if City,Real and Barca come for them.

Lautaro is not signing new contract, he wants to go.

Worst option is that he stays one year and don't sign new contract.

I think it's pretty clear from the last line he's not an Interista.

And because his contract doesnt end till '23, Inter have full control of what they get back. Lautaro isnt exactly forcing a move, that was just broken telephone, common in FIF.

I thought it is until 2022.

He is waiting Barca, that is reason why he is didnt sign new contract.
My thoughts are don't think Inter will get someone from Barca that is in their plan.
They will include players like Rakitic and Vidal , not Semedo which price is about 40millions.
Also Arthur is nosense.

Also someone said "Griezmann plus 70 millions" is kid level of understanding football

Yeah, Griezmann is overrated. No way I'd accept him + 70m.

His wages are also too high. I do not think we could afford him.

As things stand Lautaro > Griezmann. Younger, better stats this season both in CL (altho we didn't advance, mind you) and in the league... Griezmann is a big fat flop so far at Barca. If anything, if Griezmann is 120M then Lautaro is 150M.
