I cant remember the fee we paid for him back then, but I suppose someone here does?

Anyway we did finally get rid if him. At least 2 years too late.

40m plus 5m agent fees. Only Lukaku and Vieri have cost more to Inter.

Absolutely none. If he had anything playing wise, he would have showed it by now.

I am guessing that the reason we terminated his contract is because the risk of getting sued and facing legal action was greater than the 7.5 million we would make from his transfer to Benfica.

I do not see how Benfica can pay Inter 7.5 million under the table without that money being accounted for.

We might have a pact with them whereby we get a steep discount in our next future transaction. I am very sure we did not just give the player up for free, Marotta and Co are super canny and business savvy.
