It's not just about speed. Our decision making also sucks when we counter. Numerous times I've seen different players make poor choices when we're about to make a counter attack and in result fuck up the opportunity completely; many times the players try to play cute than effective and that eventually ruined the attack.

Correa could be useful for such a purpose, but he's been injured most of the time.

We can counter , but from wings, Dumfries and Perisic had pace, but our strikers not.

That's why every game we had more possesion unlike last season, we can counter with Lukaku and Hakimi.

Pace is not enough. You also need to make better decisions to get something out of the counter attacks. Iirc even against Milan we had 2,3 occasions where we screwed up counters by bad decisions; one was when Hakan had the ball marching forward with 3,4 other Inter players ahead of him, and he decided to make a cute long pass to Perisic instead of going forward himself or passing it to the forwards. And his ball didn't even reach Perisic as it went off.

Sanchez's blunder could also turn into a counter attack for us. Many Milan players were still in our half and several of pur players were marching forward to create a chance. Instead that blunder led to Milan's goal and changed the course of the game.

We rely a lot on Perisic and Dumfries for counters, but they too make many bad decisions on the final third. Dumfries got much better but they still need to improve in that regard.

We’ve been limping the past few games. And the break came at an inopportune time.

Maybe a derby loss will help us regain some focus. We’ve got some work to do because we’ve been attacking more predictably lately.

Coach suspended 1 match, Bastoni 2. Lautaro completely went to nuts with Theo. The live reporting Materazzi_23 posted from the derby it seems the tension boiled over already during the match in our own camp and it went off the rails after 90mins between the teams. We need to start getting our emotions in check, this is a very delicate time to getting useless bans before Scudetto showdowns with chasing teams.

A crunch time for Inzaghi. Either he can motivate the squad to get out of this mess or he blows the season and our scudetto chances .

His decisions yesterday were good cause he had good players to bring in. This is what I am talking all the time. When you have players like Lautaro,Dumfries or Hakan that you bring on of course team wont collapse and will be stable. Our depth is our main problem. So It isn all blame on Inzaghi for meltdowns cause he needs to sub someone during the game,problem is that he can only bring clowns like Vecino,Gags or similiar shite. He should've kept Sensi,thats on him.

Also quite a few Crespo assists there.I remember Zoff playing Limone-Crespo upfront and i always thought they were very similar players.

Inzaghi needs to realise Dzeko-Lautaro is a dysfunctional pair and they shouldn't play together. Our attack was totally toothless today.

Also the performance of midfield basically confirms what i have said in the past. We badly need to sign a playmaker in the summer. When Brozovic and Hakan are having poor games, like tonight, our midfield is nonexistent. We need an alternative option on the bench.

The problem there is lautaro needs to be benched then, and I'm sure there are issues within the club about doing that a.k.a ruining his sale cost
