I was thinking about how he would fit in in Mancini's physical midfield. We all know Mancini likes to have his midfield centered around tall and strong players. I don't know how a low and light player like Banega would fit in in DM.

Well but if u look at hes other qualities he fits in perfect in ou re midfield i mean he s also kind of a 2 way cm and he s baisecley able to do everything from defending to making the final pass.
I realy think if we get him we have the most unpredictable midfield coz then realy every of ou re midfielder can defend but also attack and creat chances. I know we still woud not have the Creative midfielder ala KAka ore diego but therfor we woud not be as predictable as a team like milan who basicley only rely on Kaka

He is very close to the same weight and same height as cambiasso and jz according to inter.it stats. Don't think he is too small.

I've been watching some clips of Menez. He's definately an attacking option that I would welcome. Clubs like Liverpool, Madrid and United have all been interested in him. In fact, Benitez does not even want Ricardo Quaresma anymore because of Menez according to some reports.

I'm feeling good about both of those young players but I doubt Moratti will give us this Christmas present.

Absolutely. If you get a chance, follow Boca Juniors during the the WCC. He's going to be the most important player on the pitch for them alongside Rodrigo Palacio.

I have to say I'm not against signing Banega. We should sign the fella just because of his sexy name, Ever Banega. Mmmm. Getting him wouldn't be bad for Bolzoni, he's only 19 next year. And a new midfielder is a must anyway after this season, 3-6 players will leave us from that position, so there would be room for both Bolzoni and Ban Ban Banega. But isn't he considered as a foreigner so we can't sign him during January because we already got Rivas?

Yes alvaro and I was gonna brought tat up too. We cant sign him in Jan so the only possible option is end of season. Therefore, we need another alternative to replace our midfield. I am dreaming for a huge buy like VDV but I dont think it will happen.

Don't see the need for de Rossi at all..he is unrealistic anyway.

He will be getting an eu passport in June so we can get him in June. But MM and the boys need to get an agreement in place for June now.

People, if you want creavity, and a player that cna play all DM, CM, and AM, i would go for Ledesma... IMO, he is great player, young, with good tehnique, his vision and passing are perfect, ant that would solve our free kick problems...

Good prospect if you ask me, and won't come too expensive...

like didi said, i believe we have non-eu spot free. Milan signed Pato and can't sign benega this winter. If we decide to sign benega this winter, he is all ours (or at least not milan's)
