Where do you read all this?

I do not follow any rumour pages during the season. Only in January and in the summer :D

Villanueva looks like a good player. He may be able to skin players in the Chilean league but will he be able to make the step up to Inter's level against the Nestas the Mexes's and the Barzaglis?

He's a great free kick taker though!

Hmmm, Villanueva and Jiminez, could be the basis of the Chilean national team for years to come?

he is 21 if I am not wrong, which is good cause he is not young lad who needs to learn too much...
Never watched him,so I dont know how good he can be,or can he bbe good in Seria A, but all I know is that mancini wants him...
Looks good, but time will show

Oriali confirmed today that we're interested in Jeremy Menez of Monaco. He plays behind the strikers mostly, but can play up front. He's represented France at virtually all youth levels and is doing well for Monaco in the French first division. Excellent ball control, a good shot and is a big strong lad who will be able to hold his own in Italy imo (kind of reminds me of Ibra, just a bit shorter). He looks the goods, and could be bought for under €10 million. Unfortunately, Arsenal, Man U and Real Madrid are all on his tail. Would be a good buy for us though.

At inter.it he said that Menez and Banega are interesting players. However, he didn't say we have an interest as to buying them now.

Branca basically said it depends on the injury situation whether we would go for either of them.

There's talk of an interest in two great young players: Menez of Monaco and Banega of Boca Juniors...
"There's no doubt that they are two interesting young players, but it's not as if we're going crazy for them because we are so happy with the lads we already have. If we don't have any problems, and I hope we don't, we will stay as we are."

But it's good to hear we are watching out for these 2 lads. I like both of them.

Menez is really talented, and he's young, with Figo and Adriano (probably) leaving, a player in the offensive department wouldn't be such a bad idea, I think we should go for it...

I'd prefer Banega over Menez, although Banega is more of a Pirlo-like DM

Banega is decent, cmon guys be serious though, if we want to improove at that position of a huge team like inter, banega is not the right person. I could be wrong, but the boca games i watched he plays well and then dissapears. And whne i say well, i dont mean amazing, actually it's quite far from that. I haven't watched every game so someone may correct me, but from what i saw of him i think he's only OK. Good for boca though.

Ever is without a doubt the best midfielder at Boca. You talk about Boca like that is some type of mid-table club. Boca is arguably one of the biggest clubs in the world, regardless of the fact that they are playing in South America. I first saw Banega play in the U20 World Cup last summer in Canada and he was their best player despite 'El Kun' Aguero grabbing the golden boot. That says a lot. Either way, Milan will probably sign Banega. We pass up on Pato and now Banega...brilliant.

Jeremy Menez is more of an attacking option, ala Luis Jiminez while Banega would join our batch of CM's like Cuchu, Capitano, Pele, Vieira, Dacourt etc. Currently, we have a lack of central midfielders...but, in the summer we definately need an attacking midfielder or winger to replace el Maestro Luis Figo.

As I know Menez is more of a winger, right footed, tricky player. Just what we might need, +he is strong player.
I didnt watch Banega enough, but his style is also what I like and what we missed sometimes.
