The blame should be placed squarely at the players their attitude was dreadfull, they went on to the pitch expecting to win instead of working to win. Can't blame gasp his formation and subs were fine.

O RLY? Gasp is the coach and his job is also to prepare the match, provide info about the opponent, motivate and fire up the players!! I'm not saying he's the only one to blame, but he cannot be regarded as faultless.

After I woke up this morning, with a more clear state of mind after last night's anger, I realized:

We lost our discipline after the goal. This has never happened for the last couple of years before Gasp. And Gasp could not manage to motivate/stimualte our players. More than anything, I guess this is the most serious problem we have at the moment. Either players don't give a shit anymore compared to past or Gasp lost players' faith in him.

Edit: Dario, I was typing my post before you poted yours. Gasp's mistake in this game was the thing I wrote above.

Yep, we really need to be educated by a Trabzonspor fan. Maybe you can go to Camp Nou, Old Trafford, Bernabeu, Stanford Bridge and do the same thanks your best-in-Turkey goalkeeper. Congratulations on winning but the funny thing is this match was so abysmal that neither team deserved to win.

First of all, let's not insult Moratti CityFan. Unlike your filthy rich Arab owner who can buy whoever he wants by just throwing the leftover change in his wallet at them, Moratti has nowhere near those funds.

Secondly, Leonardo is a fucken tool. The 3 reasons we did 'well' under him are:

1) Injured players started recovering
2) Eto'o was in the form of his life
3) He is a good motivator

The third point is a great thing to have, but only lasts for so long before everyone realises 'this goon doesn't actually know what the fuck he's doing'. Tactically, he's completely amateur. Leo's amiable personality and motivation skills can only go so far. He can talk but has no substance to back it up.

The dude has a point though... Haven't you guys see, Inter players got boo'ed for 90 minutes at their home ground, we have listened to 1500 Turkish fans all game long... I guess it's the bad part of being "Internazionale", you have much more fans than AC Milan in the World, but they are able to support their team there in Milano. (Of course you have more than 80.000 fans in Milano and i'm sure Giuseppe Meazza gets filled once in a while, but you get the point...)

It's the first game of the Champion's League. it doesn't matter how weak the opponent team is, you must go there for YOUR team regardless of the opposition. I think it was a big factor for yesterdays result, Inter fans should defend their ground.

Hello İnter fans. I'm a fan of Trabzonspor. Also I support Inter in Italy. I have been crazy yesterday night because of the winning the game. But i hope Inter improve their game and will be the champion in Serie A.

And this happens, from time to time...Small clubs that are not known on the world footballing stage routinely are overlooked...Some like Trabzonspor can make a name for themselves but the question is for how long?...Shakhtar was an unknown a few years ago but now has both credibility and history in the competition - they won't be taken lightly...For a club like Trabzonspor, however, let's not forget they weren't even supposed to be in the competition...So as good as their result may have been, it's not as if their prior success would suggest they can be considered anything but a fluke still...Let's see how they continue to do

I suspected, however, that Zokora was going to be a great signing...I always found him a bit underrated but he does suffer from consistency issues

No inter fan that went to the stadium last night should call himself out of the general reasons that made us lose.
Going to the cinema/theatre etc is not the same as going to the stadium (especially in the curva section) . If you go there you have the moral duty to cheer for your team and help it in the time of need and it was unbelievable that 1500 fans were able to dominate a 80000 seats stadium away from home .
