I actually don't question his ability on crossing the ball; feel like it is more about hesitation, like really? Crossing from here? Should I be the one to do that?
Trying to look for a lead from other players, which isn't a bad thing. This should get better by time.
The only problem I see with him right now is when he is in certain situations, his next moves are very predictable, but most of them would still force a semi-decent results like comers or half space created.
He is actually a good player for his age, if the team is more stable, has leaders or senior dudes that can guide him on the plays.
