Inter put ex-Man United, Everton target on sale for €15m

Inter have put Ever Banega on the transfer list, according to our sources.

Pasquale Guarro confirms that the Nerazzurri are entertaining offers for the former Manchester United and Everton target, who moved on a free from Sevilla to the San Siro last summer.

Struggling to find space and consistency in Milan, the Argentine international is rumoured to be liked by Tigres, as well as unspecified teams from China.

Speaking to his agent, Marcelo Simonian, Guarro got this snippet: “He’s staying at Inter”.

The Nerazzurri are interested in selling him for €15 million - seeing as Joao Mario was acquired for €42m the same summer - but Inter are denying everything.

The 28-year-old wants to play regularly, but so far Inter have refused any entreaty coming from the Chinese Super League.

The Nerazzurri are supposed to sell so they can balance the books ahead of their Financial Fair Play deadline, but talk of selling Ivan Perisic to Manchester United has cooled of late.

As I said when we were rumored to send Banega/Eder to China, it's not that easy. A players will means a lot these days and despite the lucrative money, I dare say most players want to play/remain in big teams and leagues. Banega would have to be a nut to go to China, or fucking Mexico for that matter.

I still won't be surprised if he leaves Inter by the end of the transfer market, but IMO it would be for China or Tigres. This is a world cup year so he will want to get playing time. This is probably his last chance to go, I think he missed out on the last squad.

I would happily take 5 (five) euros for Nagatomo it's always the same problem when you overpay a player though: teams which could afford their wages don't want them, cause they are not good enough; and teams which would want them cannot afford the wages.

With patience we should be able to get rid of all the deadweight but in some cases there's no option but to wait for the contract to expire.
