With all the due respect, Messi is more than welcome in Inter but too bad that it is not going to happen that soon.:D

As for the midfield department, we have been rumoured to Ledesma again, whether it is coz the Fernandes deal failed or we just want more depth in the midfield department (mainly non-defensive ones). Just incase, we do get both the two midfielders:

Cambiasso, Stankovic, Motta, Ledesma, Fernandes, Muntari, Sneijder, Quaresma

Sorry, I have missed A.Mancini there but does he belong there ?? Same goes for Quaresma as well but he has given the tiniest of hope before he got injured, so he will be there for a while I guess.

As usual, it is the same old story with our purchases - No World Class purchases in the midfield department. Then again, we can't blame the management in the winter transfer coz it is indeed VERY HARD. Lets wait how we do in the summer transfer market.

Giving up so much for Ledesma...I hope this is a negotiation for Kolarov instead. Maybe starting on work for a summer transfer. I don't mind Ledesma coming into the squad but as he will be a role player we shouldn't pay the price of a starter.

I almost really think that we really will play with youngs and the time when we use with primavera players only for deals is past... But i think, it's not really.

Tell me, for what we need the primavera? we pay for it a lot of money? for what? for to see them in other clubs?

so i say, Or we use with the youngs or close the primavera - it's very expensive.

I really don't understand our transfer policy. I mean, do Moratti and Co. really have that little regard for keeping Inter's finances in order? Do they really have so much money that they can spend 9-10m on a bench player like Ledesma (plus half of Krhin)? Don't they see that they're better off saving up all that money for the summer transfer window when we'll have more options and we'll need that money for starting XI-worthy players? Why the desperation for Ledesma? So much so that they're willing to pay out 9-10 mil plus co-ownership of one of our better youth products. Do Branca and his people really believe that we need him that badly???

Don't mean to rant, but I'm just a bit baffled (and maybe a little frustrated) by this relentless pursuit of Ledesma of all people.

"I’d Rather Join Milan Than Inter"

Nothing new...

And that was not the right kind of title for this article:

Highly-rated Brazilian international midfielder Hernanes has revealed he will have no doubt which team to pick once he leaves his current club Sao Paulo.

Italian giants Inter and Milan are said to be prepared to enter a bidding war to sign the youngster, and he told TV Bandeirantes: “The fact that Kaka played there and made history means that Milan have stronger ties with Brazil.

“That’s why I feel like I’m leaning more towards the Rossoneri.”

The midfielder has also been linked with Spanish powerhouse Real Madrid, but he insisted that he will only quit Sao Paulo when the club agrees to release him.

“My dream is to play in Europe,” he mused. “But I understand that first of all there must be negotiations.

“As long as there is nothing concrete, I will continue realising my dream of wearing the Sao Paulo shirt. Whatever will be will be. Otherwise, I am happy to stay here.”

Whatever happened to the link with Hasan Yebda? i've seen him a few times for Portsmouth this season and i think he is a good box to box midfielder, he's tall and has some skill too. obviously he's on loan at pompey but surely they can't afford to keep him and he would be a good loan stop over until summer where we can spend money on a new 1st choice midfielder rather than the millions on ledesma who will only ever be a back up.

Failing that, i'd rather we played Krhin, Crisetig, Obi, Fossati and any other young player that shows some promise because there is depth in midfield. we have 5 players for the 2/3 defensive midfield positions (depending on the system we play) so surely a youngster or 2 is better cover than having another over paid sub??

the only way we should take ledesma is if lazio take quaresma or mancini in return. 10m is a joke.

I hope goal.com don't hear about this post because i'm sure they will turn it into a story!!!

Just had a thought.

We're looking for a cm...........Man Utd are looking to offload Anderson......... Anderson has previously expressed his desire to play for Jose Mourinho at Inter Milan...............Anderson played for Porto as a young player i think just as Mourinho left for Chelsea.

i know that this isn't a real transfer rumor but i feel like it could be a reality. i think Anderson on loan until the end of the season with a view to make the transfer permanent could be a good move for us. Man Utd have been looking at sending him to Lyon and i'm we could muscle in there. Man Utd are even in the market for a winger so in a real fantasy deal they could even take Quaresma or Mancini from us!! I know that was a stretch to far but i was on a roll!!!!! :joker:

he failed and its off...

What happened to going after Yaya?? Or Barca still asking for Maicon or Super Mario??

I'd trade Maicon for Yaya+Dani Alves+Money (or Henry or Sergio Busquets)

Henry is going downhill and Barca wouldnt let go of Busquets

Maicon for Yaya and Dani alves would be ok if a bit risky but i wouldnt mind taking Pedro instead of cash

Hopefully the talk between Branca and Palermo official was purely about Donati going on loan + just talk about future possibilities (Cavani, Pastore). And that the talk got nothing to do with Simplicio like it's rumored.
