He has speed, can dribble, has technique, can score,.. I'm not saying he's Eto'o but Eto'o isn't a wide forward too. He only started to play that position with us. and that worked out well didn't it

Agree, he can have a place just if Castaignos go on loan, Milito and Pandev get sold (which both dont want to..). 15m is realistic for a player like Higauin.

Sorry dude, but he does have Technique. He's not a Messi/Aguero/Neymar/Ronaldo/Hazard in dribble skills
But he can get past a guy and score.

Higuain played out wide in Capello's 4-2-3-1. Was not a world beater, but he was also only 19 years old. He did the same under Juande Ramos and was excellent in a bunch of matches I watched.

He has tons of experience playing as a wide forward, so I am not sure why people act as if he has only played as a CF in the past?

Exactly, it would be a massive deal if we can get him cheap. So we don't need to look for another wide forward.
Imagine the deal from Maicon: Madrid offers 10 + Higuain, or we offer them 10 + Milito.
Then we can still buy Sanchez and perhaps a better CM than Banega/Montolivo

True, and our relation with R.Madrid is fine/good. They got their dead wood rid at us who became all good (except Solari)
And Mourinho's there too, so he can lower the price for us, if he wants
