There goes the Mariga+Cou for Sanchez deal...

Udinese were never going to accept a deal where cou's part in it is only a loan. They want right of redemption of some sort. Inter obviously do not want to lose any part cou. Going to chievo playing every game is good imho. Yeah a better team would be ideal but then we would have to lose at least 50%.

I actually find Chievo to be a great spot for Coutinho. Looking at their current roster, they don't have a true number 10 on staff. Luciano is ancient and Gelson Fernandes and Constant aren't exactly racking up assists (2 & 3). They only allowed 40 goals last season, forth in the league behind Milan (24) and Lazio/Napoli(39). Yet they only scored 38, with Pellissier scoring 11 and assisting 5. It is obvious the Chievo is in need of a creative force other than Pellissier and this is a great opportunity for Coutinho to put some work in. The lack of goals scored on Chievo show me that they are disciplined throughout the squad, thus Coutinho will learn defensive responsibilities unless he is given a pass to move around freely.

Yes, we lost a year with Coutinho but it's probably best for him to play as much as possible now. He isn't a sure starter even at Chievo, so that team is just fine.

thats not mentioned in the news. it was only my guess that we lost interest. it only mentions that inter were the first team to move. but nowadays there is no mention of inter, only roma and ac milan so im guessing that we lost interest

Lamela is the top argentine prospect right now, Ganso & Neymar are the top brazilian, all three will cost big bucks to bring in.

Ganso 21 and priced at 25-30, questionable injury history.

Lamela 19 priced at 10-15.

Suddenly Lamela looks good.

Santos has gotten this far with Ganso out with yet another injury while RiBer stinks so Lamela shouldn't be faulted.
