What do you see in Schürrle? He is a not a winger forward who is a great finisher, or his defensive game is weak and not enough. However +20 million euros are way too much for a player like him. He has 1 goal so far in Bundesliga, Moreover he scored 7 goals in Bundesliga last season, which is not enough for a winger forward. if he wanna be a starter for German NT, He should improve his defensive contribution and his last touch. He is definetely not a player who can make difference.

Regarding midfielder, i still remember how i wanted Vidal last year or Montolivo before he moved to Milan. Both would be great signings for our İnter. Nevertheless, we should look at players who has world class potential and who could be world class players in short term. For instance, Dedé, Vasco's CB.

''Vidal is one of my favourite midfielders, he has all tools, agressive, creative for his position, has good feet, he can dribble, he is fast, strong and skilled. His passing and tackling is good. He had great season last year at Bundesliga...if im not mistaken he has 10 goals 11 asists which is great amount for a B2B midfielder.

He got 14 yellow cards the season before, however he got 1 red and 4 yellows last season.

Vidal for 10 m euros is a steal.''

My post about Vidal here on 08 Jul 11.

He is not one of my favourite players anymore.

To tell you the truth even if we kinda need a CF because of Milito's age, I would much rather have a winger with a good scoring ability that can play on the right, since Maicon left our right wing has been harmless and we don't have anyone who can play comfortably there, J. Rodriguez would be a dream come true.

On the other hand we now have many players who can play as CF, Milito, Palacios, Longo, Livaja and even Cassano. Case in point we really need a right winger.

Mandzukic is actually doing pretty well in Munchen since Gomez is injured. I'd go for Seydou Doumbia from CSKA Moscow, but as far as I know Russians want 20M for him which is too much for us at the moment.

A question, who of you would like Llorente here?

Personally, i would, since I know he won't cost more than 10 (his contract ends in June). But, i also read an article saying that classic number 9ns almost never succeed at Inter (artiicle written by Darko Pancev). So, i really need your thoughts of this.

I haven't really seen him play .. but I wouldn't give a fuck about pancevs editorials, dude is tripping balls, even when he was as a co commentator of the euro games 80% of the time he was talking of his Inter days, and talking crap about us, really annoying :palm:

Not only him, i've read many similar articles. Pazzo type of players - don't succeed at Inter.

I wouldn't agree completely, but i am asking for opinion.

Imo, it would be great buy. He is proven, experienced striker who is 27. Is not static as some might thing because of his size, he is quite agile. He can create space for himself. And his contract expires in June, so he would be fairly cheap. If he doesn't succeed, he can be sold for the same money, maybe even more. So, why not try it?

I would love Llorente. He is a beast in the box, but can also create oportunities for himself.

Pancevs vag is sandy.

Imo he is in between milito and pazzo. He would be a good addition, however, i'm not really convinced he can survive in Serie A. let alone the history of spanish players in italy.

They cannot generalize it like that.

Crespo was a success, and he was pretty much just a poacher like Pazzini. The thing is Crespo had Ibrahimovic supporting him in 06/07, and had the likes of Recoba, Conceicao, Emre supporting him in 02/03. What Pazzini lacked was a world class supporting striker/wingers to him exploiting his poaching skills inside the box.

We have seen what Pazzini was capable of with enough support, we have also seen him what he's not capable of with the lack of support. It's just hard luck for Pazzini that we were unable to buy a support striker to feed him the goals, and when we got one, he's already gone the other way.

I would like to have Llorente, he is no Pazzo at all. He can be considered as a poacher but he has a better finish, better skill, taller and much much stronger. But I heard he demands 5m salary??

I'm not sold on Llorente. After Milito, we need a striker like Aguero or Cavani, too bad they're way out of our finances. Let's scout around for a cheaper version of them.

I agree, watching him last season in La Liga really opened my eyes for him, he would be awesome for Inter (imo).

Ibarbo is the Colombian Jozy Altidore. He is built like a running back in american football and is as fast as a Jamaican. He also won't be cheap. His football IQ and soccer skills are very much lacking. He would be great in the EPL if he could get a work permit. He isn't ready for a big club nor would he get any time at Inter. Only Inter quality Colombians that would come here and start are Muriel of Udinese/Lecce, Cuadrado of Fiorentina/Udi, Falcao and James of Porto. Everyone else is a work in progess.

Speaking of that James is linked to us again :)

Love this kid and think he is the perfect replacement for Sneijder. The article says we want him as a striker tho which is weird he is more of a LW, AMF or #10 but I guess he can play as a supporting striker tho Porto and Colombia don't really play him that way.
