Fuck dealing with Brazilian clubs for their "big name players" anymore, especially Corinthians. They are becoming wayyyy to cocky and arrogant, since clubs like City/PSG/Madrid have inflated the prices of the transfer market by ridiculous proportions, especially for what is still a 2nd rate league with mostly unproven players.

Look at the difference between dealing with Dinamo for Kovacic and Corinthinans for Paulinho, we closed the deal for Kovacic in a matter of hours and the player himself immediately drove 400km and caught the first flight to Milan, such was his eagerness to come here, the kid himself is humble, reserved and respectful. Corinthians on the other hand jerk us around for nearly 12 months, Paulinho the ugly shit himself jerks us around too, first he wants to stay for CWC and then he gets put under the chain by his wife, seriously he acts like he is hot shit or something playing us for a fool the whole time. Let's see more deals like Kovacic and less like Paulinho.

If we are going to go for Brazil it should be for players like JJ, quality but not well known.

We should be looking at the Mexican league if we want players within our budget. The Brazilian league isn't too expensive these days and outside the reach of our pocketbooks, but we are often looking at the wrong teams. We look at Santos, Corinthians, and Internacional. Teams that are well off financially and don't want to lose players. So they're going to pump up prices.

But the last league champions were Fluminense and there are at least 3 good prospects there for under 10M easily. Atletico Mineiro and Gremio are in similiar positions.

Outside of those teams we could be looking at players that we could obtain who have promise but are cheaper...players from 10m-20m. Examples would be Kaka, Valencia, Medel, Torres, Ozil, or other similiarly unsettled players.
