Hopefully is Barella. With Barella and Keita, I am happy for this mercato.
Probably last time in 2009 I said this.

Funnily enough, people weren't happy with our 2009 mercato at all.

Who was that injury-prone midfielder from Genoa? Was he supposed to start? And that Diego guy, rubentus signed THE Diego that same mercato. All that while losing Ibra to Barca .

Don't forget Etoo the "troublemaker", and how he was bound to disrupt the team because he was known for being rebellious at Barca, Guardiola doesn't like him and he will fail over here. which is why I find most FIF opinions similar to a salt mine.

Eto'o rebellious? Where did you get that from? It was more like Guardiola personally disliking him that was circulating.

People here assumed he was rebellious because Guardiola had issues with him and he was outspoken. That was a part of it.

Either we dont get FFP at all, or Eliot the new milan owner has gone mad... he had a meeting with lotito about sms...

I seriously need someone to explain in the most simple way how can milan go for him with the loan+obligation formula (while they almost fail ffp and uefa), and we cant use the same shit for him?

I just cant get it... how can milan buy him and use him in uefa and on top of that have the money for that action, while we cant because of ffp?

I'm pretty sure it's the lack of a Settlement Agreement that could enable them spend the money, although FFP consequences would still be there next season, if they qualify for European football.

I wouldn't say rebellious is the word for it. The believed story for what happened at Barca is Eto'o and Ronaldinho had a major falling out when Eto'o wouldn't come on as a sub when Rijkaard called for him and Ronaldinho wasn't pleased which caused a divide in the dressing room, you had team Eto'o and team Ronaldinho. Guardiola arrived in the summer and spoke to the president that the only way to resolve it was to sell one of them, so Ronaldinho went on his merry way. Eto'o then had another successful season under Guardiola before arriving here.

All in all I can't see why anyone was disappointed with that mercato. Milito who finished a goal behind Ibra the previous season, Eto'o a serial winner, Lucio, Motta and Wesley fucking Sneijder!!! That Mercato was Inter's gift to me for my 18th birthday damn it!

Rabiot. A nice player for where Roma and Lazio should aim. We should aim higher.

Not offloading Mario gives us no money to work with this window.

That moment when buying Joao Mario basically lost us a Scudetto

Rabiot, while definitely talented, is a nut job. After his France stunt and now this, I’d say stay away. Teams with really strong cultures could maybe control him (like Juve), otherwise, he’s a whiner and complainer about his importance/status/playing time etc

Ugh that's worse than your wife. "My son could be anything! Even the first football player to colonize space! He'll vanquish global poverty and he's also the best looking boy of all the boys in the world so therefore he needs a significant raise or else we're walking"

I'll take Rafinha or Barella at this point and call it a pretty successful mercato.

Why not Rabiot?? His coach just said that it’s not 100% that he will stay at PSG.
Price probably not gonna be too high, plus he’s instant upgrade over Gagliardini and Vecino.

He's going to Juve next summer for free, that's my guess.
