We would be pretty wel set with those 4. Bastoni might be #2 based on how well he has been developing.

To my mind Bastoni should remain one of the first picked, his positioning and game play will turn him to a beast after 2 seasons of consistent experience. Kumbulla is will be in rotation and will get more games as De Vrij slows down.

The back 4 will be solid, its the full backs that will transform this team into a title winning team.

Vertonghen: 'Want an ambitious club'

Jan Vertonghen denies he has already decided to sign a new contract with Tottenham, so could join Inter as a free agent. “I want to play in Europe and learn another language.”

The defender will be 33 on Friday and his deal with Spurs expires at the end of this season, but it seems reports of an extension are premature. “I want to sign with the right club. It could be Spurs, or another club,” he told Play Sports Kot on YouTube.

“It must be a club with ambition. I want to play in Europe, as the national team is important for me.” According to HNL writer Kristof Terreur, Vertonghen specified that Italy and Spain were among the options he was looking at, especially as he’d like to learn another language.

“It might sound weird, but since the coronavirus crisis there has been more interest. I’m a free agent and some clubs might not have a lot of money.”

Sky Italia: Inter are leading the race to sign Marash Kumbulla. Talks ongoing for the CB who’s having a fantastic season with Verona in Serie A. Inter are working to complete the deal after starting talks in January - €25M asked by Verona.

Rumours about Kumbulla don't really make me worried. We will try to offload Godin in the summer so we're going to need a replacement. Kumbulla is a talented defender so we don't want to miss out on him. I would be more worried about a sale if we were linked with a big name.

Kumbulla is pretty much coming here to rotate with Bastoni and Skriniar IMO. If we play with 3 CBs and should have 5/6 in the team, at the very least 4 should be good-to-top quality (De Vrij, Skriniar, Bastoni, Kumbulla), while 2 can be somewhat average (Ranocchia, D'Ambrosio).

Kulusevski was also 95% our player. Paratici these days is giving his maximum to rob our targets. I wouldnt be surprised to see Kumbulla be another one

De Vrij fits the role in a back 3 better than Skriniar does. We would be stupid to sell him. Don't think either of them are leaving thank goodness.

I can’t stand Vertonghen.

Vertonghen and Alderweireld both. Tottenham's backline is horrendous.

I actually really rated Alderweireld way back during his time at Atletico. I recall there was some bullshit surrounding his exit but I'm surprised they let him go and so cheaply.

Juve are extending Chiellini and still have Bonucci, De Ligt and Demiral. I think it’s unlikely they’ll splash on CB, considering they’re in the market for at least 2 midfielders and a CF.

Also, Gazzeta are linking us with Real Betis’ Emerson today. 21 years old RWB, has been called up to the NT already. Know nothing else about him.

Leonardo is pulling a Maxwell again, smart move IMO, good price. Seems that we are sleeping on it because Conte wants Emerson Palmieri..

About the other Emerson: Bayer Leverkusen are willing to pay in the region of €20-30 million to Barcelona for full back Emerson according to a report in today’s print edition of German news outlet Kicker. The Bundesliga club have identified the Brazilian right back, who is currently out on loan at Real Betis, as a target ahead of the summer transfer window, just like Inter and Tottenham Hotspur have. The report from Kicker goes on to add that Bayer Leverkusen would even be willing to offer Barcelona a buy back clause for Emerson if they allow them to sign him over other interested clubs.

Transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla confirmed that we had a deal in place with SPAL`s left-sided Mohamed Fares, but then a nasty cruciate ligament injury prevented the transfer taking place. €12 million plus bonuses deal agreed for the Algerian national team full back but as a result of the player getting injured the deal did not take place. Pedulla goes on to report that Fares is destined to depart the Ferrara based club this summer with both Fiorentina and Torino interested in signing him. His agent is Mino Raiola so expect him to move.

Former Inter defender Ivan Cordoba discussed some exciting Colombian talents and which players he’d like to join Inter in an interview with Colombian radio station Radio Caracol. “I really like Luis Diaz, who is doing very well with Porto. As for the defenders, I must mention Davinson Sanchez and Yerry Mina, both would do very well in Italy. A particularly interesting player is Daniel Muñoz from Atletico Nacional, he has a different style, I’d like to see him at Inter. In Argentina, on the other hand, there is Jorman Campuzano. I like him because he is very good at build up play.”

I don't think WE are sleeping or any other for instance. If Telles goes for that price, it happens for a reason, which we don't know.

Any big club with some adequate funds would go for Telles for that price I would say.
