No, Ranieri won the league, not a cup competition. The "best league in the world" and whatever nonsense people believe. Conte is hyped for winning the same league with a strong team.

It's a great analogy. Goes to show that Conte's success is:
1) An iffy Juventus success under...Italian circumstances and a trophy that even Ranieri with a relegation team managed to win.
2) A similar trophy case with Roberto Mancini.
3) A similar career with both Ranieri and Mancini in European tournaments.

Now please tell me how Conte winning the PL was a better feat than Ranieri winning it.

P.s. For those nitpickers that don't get it, this post is just showcasing the idea that these numbers and "successes" are close to meaningless.

It's basically an objective fact that Conte's 2010's as a whole has been a one big success story from Siena to Juventus to Italy to Chelsea. DEAL WITH IT.

Second season with Chelsea was only poor period. We can go on and on about if he got what he wanted, but from the reports I felt that he was let down that summer. And before you start nitpicking about him winning nothing with Italy. As you said yourself, cup competitons has a huge variance. Truth is that he made Italy play neck-to-neck games with the very best. With an average squad.
