let's be honest, if Inter does not have money for a good LWB, why should we spend 30-40M for someone who gets benched? Yeah Brozo can't play every game, he still would have played a lot maybe. But maybe we have other priorities for now. Let's see how good Tonali will be at Milan. Maybe at the end he's already better then Brozo, or he could be in 2-3 years for example. Lets hope not..

Its 10+20 option, its not like it will go down as 30m in our book.

For the sake of Italian national team I hope he lives up to the expectations.

maybe because Conte doesn't want him? Conte sees us as an ATM machine and he doesn't give a fuck about what happens a second after he leaves us so he doesn't want bright young prospect, he wants an old, almost washed up, EXPERIENCED player who can potentially help him more next season.

So an unstable person who doesn't give a shit about the future and is threatening to quit at a random moment's notice.

That's not someone you beg to keep by giving him more control on the transfer decisions. That's a catastrophic decision to make. If he is threatening to walk in this case, then let him walk. It's been five days and we're already regretting what this looks like it's going to mean for the club moving forward.

Thats exactly my point though if you read my post. It's sickening.

WTF!! Did Milan really got him on loan with OPTION to buy. :alone:

Good job Conte. Kolarov, Darmian and Cornelius are the players we need. What a disaster...

10+20 are really not that much. Maybe Cellino pretends more from Inter, it's not the first time (remember the cagliari president wanted to give other teams Barella for 30M while from Inter he wanted more). I dont have other explanation, it's strange. They say that Marotta asked 10 days for the offer but they don't want to wait.

There's a chance chelsea needs to sell some players given the amount they spent this summer. And they have been linked with declan rice for some ridiculous sum as well. He plays dm in West Ham. But so far, yeah nothing concrete from england only indications of the sort I mentioned.

Yh I know who declan rice is, after all he plays for my local club.

In regards to Kante, I still don't think Chelsea going to lose him towards the end of the mercato. I mean the money from hazard plus couple of their deadwood like Emerson should be enough to cover them this year. I just don't see us signing Kante.

Schira reports Tonali's price is 10m€ for the loan + 15m€ for the OPTION + 10m€ bonuses + 10% resale (from 30m€ upwards so at least 3m€)

That's like better deal than what we had.

That resale % means that they will get 10% for every penny over 30,000,000. So it can be zero if they sell him for 30m or under.

If Milan sort their shit, they're never selling Tonali, not until the mid 2030s.

He is the only player I wanted Marotta to sign and knew he would fail. But I am happy Tonali has joined club with better management and a more stable coach.

as much as I dislike Conte and our management at this very moment, you know that last statement isn't right.

The fact this was supposed to be the year we possibly overtook Juve and all we've done this mercato is sign squad players and get embarrassed by Milan

It is for me at least. I have more trust in Milan players than Inter. I know many of them are average but they somehow play from the heart.

This is too sickening. If reports saying we had an agreement since APRIL is true then I wanna know how the hell we let it slip away like that. Tonali is a generational talent and Milan beating us to the punch really hurts, hurts more when we have to look forward to Gagliardini still in the team.

this probably won't help, but I remember Borja Valero playing Tonali out of the game about a month or so ago.

based on the last 2 months yes, but talking about the last years for sure no. Chalanoglou, Kessie, Calabria, Piatek before going, Castilieco... they all played like they don't care that much, always.

I see members everywhere murmuring about Kante this and Kante that but for the millionth time, there hasn't been any reliable noise about fucking Kante, boys. It's like people talking about Messi's "favorable feelings" towards Inter. In reality, it was just Moratti publicly mentioning his admiration for Messi, with zero reciprocation from the player. And yet people act like Messi has been giving interviews for years saying "Inter were my favorite club growing up.. I would love to play in Italy someday.. Zanetti is a hero to me and it would be a great honor to follow in his footsteps."

As it currently stands our midfield situation is exactly the same as last season, minus Valero and minus the chance of Tonali, thank you Conte. Kante, as mentioned above, seems no more than speculation on our side of the fence from fans and media. That leaves exactly two names. Vidal and Ndombele. That is just fucking garbage IMO.

BTW if those names are part of our midfield next season we're going to be much better off keeping Brozovic. The potential Brozovic replacements are simply nowhere near sufficient. The trade off from losing Brozovic is not worth it now that Tonali is out of the equation (again, thank you Conte) and Kante was never even in the fucking equation.
