i dislike both options but if i have to choose, i would say better Vlhao for 60-70M then Zapata for 50M. If were lucky he will become really good, who knows...

The thing about strikers right now is that there is a very low supply of world class strikers. Thats why Lukaku is going for 130m.

You either gamble on a Vlahovic, Richarlison, even Lautaro to somehow make a leap to such a level or spend money on an old established goalscorer. There is no inbetween.

The player I’d like us to go for is Gabriel Jesus. I feel like he hasn’t yet been given a real opportunity to flourish. He also seems available.

They’re all gambles that’s what I’m saying. If we want a young player with potential then Richarlison, Isak, Jesus, Vlahovic is the way to go. If we want an established goalscorer then really, the only one that makes any sense is actually a Zapata or an Immobile.

The best case scenario for us in this window in terms of forwards is that we sign one of the aforementioned strikers + Correa.

Then use the remaining money to reinforce wing backs

Yes. Right now, Suning's finances are so dire that if they could sign Haaland for €5m and Tiribocchi for €4m they'd still go for the cheaper option.

Unfortunately I can see them giving us the Chiesa treatment like during Spalletti’s tenure— ask 70mil and then eventually buckle to juve for 40mil over 10 years.

Both Pedulla and Sky have talked about Zapata as if it's basically done. Pedulla also reports Inter will sign Dzeko only if Roma let him go for free.

For me signing Zapata and Dzeko makes no sense. I could understand getting Vlahovic and Dzeko or Zapata and Jovic. You're getting an old guy who can give you some guarantees in case the younger one doesn't work. But signing two old forwards in Zapata and Dzeko? No fucking sense.
