That was my point you don't really need a perfect team - having SMS, Hakimi and Perišić would surely help, but if the team is a well oiled machine, we could have a historic season quite soon. The last 3 seasons I really enjoyed how Inter played and also our results got a lot better. BUT!
I'm not sold on Onana or Handanović to be 1st keeper and I can't do anything but hope that Onana is sold soonish and we get a better goalkeeper or that I'm wrong about Onana.
I like Lautaro-Lukaku, but somehow they kept fucking up too many clear chances, so we need them to step up. The numbers are good, but seeing how good they are, they need to be our leaders especially against clubs like Liverpool and Real Madrid.
And the semifrequent collapse of Brozo-Hakan-Barella needs to be addressed. There could be 5 games where this trio is awesome and then 3 games where at least two of them are fucking up mentally and they don't look like the players they are. While I do recognize Brozo and Barella are the motors of Internazionale, I won't mind if one of those two is sold if they still break down so many times.
I think we have better than average team for sure and we are still Scudetto favourites.. but we fumbled the ball against Liverpool and later against Milan/Bologna. We need to do better because I know we can do better. Inzaghi is only partly at fault and it's hard when players that I actually like are at fault for us being in a slump.
