Onana is great but if we can get serious money for him and can replace him with Vicario, we should absolutely do that.

Inter could include striker Martin Satriano as part of an offer to Empoli to sign goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario during the summer transfer window.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who report that the 22-year-old Uruguayan international, who is currently on loan with Empoli, could be part of the Nerazzurri’s strategy to land Vicatio.
Inter could sell Andre Onana this summer, with the Cameroonian one of the main names linked to a possible sale in the event that the Nerazzurri were to miss out on qualification for the Champions League.
Chelsea are hovering and reportedly set for talks with Inter regarding Onana, and if the 27-year-old were to be on his way then the Nerazzurri would have to immediately set out to sign a direct replacement.
In this sense, Tuttosport reports, Vicario would very much be the main name who Inter would be interested in bringing in as a like-for-like replacement for the Cameroonian.
The 26-year-old has put in an impressive string of performances for Empoli since the Tuscans were promoted to Serie A for the start of the 2021-22 season, as he has been vital to keeping them in a solidly midtable position under both coaches Aurelio Andreazzoli and Paolo Zanetti.
Moreover, Vicario’s style of play is seen as being potentially sutiable for a top club.
The Nerazzurri have made the 26-year-old their main target to replace Onana in the event that they feel that they cannot turn down an offer for the current goalkeeper, and they have a card to play in order to secure his signature.
Satriano is currently on loan with Empoli, and whilst the young Uruguayan has struggled for goals this season he has continued to feature regularly.
Inter are hoping that by offering the Tuscans a permanent deal for Satriano in addition to a cash fee, they could get a deal done to sign Vicario.

So if Onana would be sold something about 40-50m, then Satriano+10m for Vicario will be great deal.

Cremonese Breakout Star On Inter Milan’s Shortlist To Replace Chelsea-Linked Champions League Hero
Cremonese Breakout Star On Inter Milan’s Shortlist To Replace Chelsea-Linked Champions League Hero

Inter have targeted young Atalanta-owned Cremonese goalkeeper Marco Carenescchi as a possible replacement for Andre Onana should the 27-year-old be sold this summer.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the 22-year-old is one of the main names on the Nerazzurri[‘s shortlist to replace the Cameroonian along with Empoli’s Guglielmo Vicario.
It is not outside the realm of possibility that Inter will be looking to sign a new first-choice goalkeeper during the summer transfer window.
Whilst Onana is not a player who the Nerazzurri who would be keen to sell just twelve months after his arrival on a free transfer from Ajax, they could feel that their hand is forced into listening to offers by the financial situation should they miss out on qualification for the Champions League.
Chelsea are very keen, with reports emerging that the Londoners are set to hold talks with Inter regarding a possible transfer of Onana in the near future.
If the Cameroonian were to be sold, Inter would expect a fee of no less than €40 million.
In this event, the Nerazzurri would look to sign a new first-choice goalkeeper, and they are reportedly already starting preparations for just that contingency.
Empoli keeper Vicario has been one of the main names linked in the role in recent weeks.
However, Vicario is far from the only player who is on Inter’s radar in this respect, and according to the Corriere Carnesecchi is another player who they would be very interested in.
Currently owned by Atalanta, Carnesecchi has been on loan with Cremonese for the past two seasons, helping them achieve promotion to Serie A and then looking like one of the Grigiorossi’s outstanding performers this season.
Carnesecchi has appeared for the Italian national team at every youth level though not yet for the senior team.

Chelsea want to offer Kepa for Onana. Hard pass for me.

They have to do a lot of sales next summer, so these two Kalidou Koulibaly & Trevoh Chalobah would be good in exchange for Onana, I would like to see Kovacic, but I think it's not realistic.

If they paid 70 for Kepa, we should at least demand 60 for Onana.

Hard pass on Kepa too, the dude has no commanding presence.

Seems like Vicario is the guy if Onana is sold (which I’m 90% sure he will). I like him, but one thing I’ve noticed is that he pretty much always goes for a parry instead of trying to catch balls that can probably be held. Onana has really impressed me in that regard; he’s very good at holding onto shots and avoiding ricochet chances.

Haven’t seen much of Vicario tbh. Seems like he’s a decent shot saver at least. But how is he with his feet? If we’re planning to keep Limone (God forbid) or get someone like De Zerbi, we have to have a GK who’s good with his feet.

Vicario is not good with his feet but perhaps the best shot stopper in Italy. You can definitely learn how to play with your feet tho. 35-year-old Handanovic did it. :D

)) Vicario = Satriano+10m, Onana = Pulisic+40m
Fair enough)

they droped like 60m on Pulisic….. plus the nice US marketing bucks. Also he is a LW. Unless we change formation or we are benching dimarco for him

I just don’t think they give him to us plus that much money

More like that money + a loan option on him. I mean they can’t be that dumb with money.
