IIRC, football season in South America ends in December, so he probably meant next winter.

Trubin will be easily worth more than 30M in two or three seasons, so in total it will be 11M + minimum 12M.

I regret we miss chance to sign him but 40% is just ridicolous.

Maybe we wait for Donnaruma or miraculously Stankovic become world class GK in 2/3 seasons.
