This is one of those deals no one can complain about. Just have to hope Conte makes good use of the kid and doesn't do what every Italian manager does: bench him in favor of Candreva the minute things get dire.
He is not even "the kid",he is already one of the best attacking wing backs in the world.Just like Alexander-Arnold is who is also 21.

But I can totally see this scenario.

Milner would be class as a rotational option - Liverpool fans love him for a good reason. He's one of the key workhorses in that team.

I know that, but it'd be similar to Ashley Young coming and starting right over. These guys just run a lot and play with aggression. That works sometimes but it's not ideal.

Ashley Young was already shit though :D whereas Milner's still got it.

i saw a pool some day ago where hakimi got prefered over arnold. I think Arnold and Hakimi are both amazing. Really great transfer. Let s get other 3-4 players of this sort and we are the favorites in the CL, seriously. :yao:

Are you sure? Have you seen Eriksen's thread?

Just waiting for all the Bargiggia, Sconcerti and the Milan or Juventus fans' declarations about how he is worse than De Sciglio. And how the "vero colpo di mercato" is Arthur.

Already has a pair of ultraboost in the inter colorway :notbad:

The tag is still on so he probably just picked them up at the airport, but the realized inter is not sponsored by adidas :yao:

To be fair, while both are great transfers, Arthur definitely is the biggest move here.

I just cant really wrap my head around this transfer. It just seems one of those things, too good to be true. Real M don't get bullied like this.
No buy back clause either?
I'm thinking we made some kinda of deal with the devil(Real Madrid) here, for some other player or something for the future.
Inter just don't make transfers like this.
Im feeling like Ricky Bobby here, after he won the Talladega race and didn't know what to do with his hands at the interview :)

I have the same feeling as Cambiasso's transfer :D Almost zero risk and tons of upsides to be seen.

Real also sold another beast, Theo, for peanuts (unfortunately, not for us). Too many great players there with bargain. How can we setup long relationship with them?

Still kind of speechless that we were able to acquire Hakimi. Conte factor, Marotta factor. Whatever it is, we mean business moving forward! Welcome and please kick ass!

Suning factor as well. We now have the money to make these deals happen. We're not the beggars who want to take Modric for free anymore.

I don't think so honestly. Signing one of the best right wing backs around beating the likes of City and Bayern to the race is for me way more impressive than signing Arthur just because it's FFP era.

Arthur had a bad season at Barcelona while he is a good young player with potential he didin't set world on fire there, Hakimi is probably the best young wingback in the World today (only Trent can be comperable) in my opinion it's not even close

Suning were already our owners, when we wanted Modrić

Imo, I can easily single out the event that significantly changed our fortunes for the better - at least since the time I started supporting Inter. Suning's acquisition of Inter has been that turning point, no contest.

They brought financial stability, organizational structure and a clear direction to the club, which attracts good coaches and managers, which in turn allows us to make signings such as Hakimi and Eriksen.
