No Matter what the Reason is, Adriano is Still Terrible, though I'd keep him with us when hes on form. Obviously no one can Deny his abilities and his Talent but for a World class Striker who has not scored for Internazionale Since March is Ridiculously Terrible. Despite the fact how Martins was also inconsistent last season and also Recoba is in the same situation Except he has been Struggling with Injuries for Quite some time now. Say Internazionale Should sell Adriano and keep Crespo ( although Im kind of concerned with Crespo's Age Whereas Adriano is only 24 and still is in his Prime). Internazionale Should sell him and make alot of Amount of Cash, not that like Inter are dying for it though but still.

Is is just me or more recently, do we loose or tie every single game that Adriano starts?

I think we should start with IBRA CRESPO duo up front then if we haven't scored bring Adriano in! Phuck Mancini figure it out..

Adriano's problem lies in his head. I don't know what's wrong with the guy really?! It's strange and there's no explaination for his dismal performances!!

Anyway I think Adriano should be benched for few games, however, Mancio should use him as a "main" substitute. Maybe by doing so Adriano will score a goal or two and will gain confidence again.
I kinda agree with this. I think your wrong about using him as the first option on the bench though. I dont know if Cruz is still injured but if Mancini was very smart he should bring on the Choutos or that Sweedish kid instead of Adriano if he takes off Ibra or the 'Herminator'.

When i played football and i was not playing well, my coach would bench me straight away. And trust me it hurts a lot when other younger players are brought on before you. It makes you so determined to train even harder and get back your spot in the team. I think this would help Adriano alot is Mancini does this

He needs time, and should be used with weaker teams to get his confidence back. And his scoring touch. I still belive in him and i think he will be back in form.

LEITE RIBEIRO ADRIANO
height: 189 cm = 6'2"
weight: 87 kg = 191.4 pounds

Assuming Inter.it's player profiles are up-to-date, Adriano is 2.6 pounds away from officially becoming overweight. For a 6'2" male, the ideal weight is 190 lbs and the recommended weight range is between 155-194 lbs.

Personally, I think this is the root cause of Adriano's seemingly lack of interest on the football pitch. He simply can't run towards opponents anymore and launch his cannonballs to the opposing net. This, plus his predictability of going to his strong left foot has not done him any good. Shedding 10-15 lbs of FAT should only do him good if you ask me.

Ideal weight is counted like this: height minus 100. For example if Adriano is 189 cm we minus 100 and we have 89, which would be his ideal weight, +/- 2-3 kg ;)

He is not fat

But good thing for this season is that we have experianced goal-machine in Crespo, and also good player in Ibra, so we can bench Adriano and expect results, and we can take some pressure off adraino what he really needs

Last season when Adriano needed rest or was in bad form, he needed to play cause same problem was with Oba. Recoba was injured and Cruz took evrything on him and was our goalscorer.

With Crespo and Ibra its much easier for us and Adriano

DAmn he is strong striker he has got ideal weight for strongness but he loses his quickness. He is strong attacker he is not Oliveira type,...
He is Vieri type.

ANd he is very quick for his height and body type. Hope he can get his act togather and be our Imeratore again.

RED ALERT:

A severe disease has invaded Milan. The symptoms include

- extreme lethargy
- disintrest in things one once found enjoyable
- poor performance on the job
- a loss of muscular coordination (ie: you become an alkward 14 year old in thier first class of gym)
- hallucinations of thinking you are a dump truck whenever a football touches you are a feet.

Doctors are working feverishly in attempt to cure this disabilitating disease they have affectionately dubbed the Adriano syndrome, since he is the only one found to be suffering from it.

 :D

Hey if you cant laugh at it by now then what is the use of him hey?

I guess he's one of those who loses his skills once he reaches an age. Eg. Raul, Kluvert, they were great at their respectively young age but look at them now, who consider them as the best footballers?

Adri's a tall lad. Even if he loses 10 lbs or more, he can still push his weight around. Plus he'll improve his stamina and agility.

Do you see Viera getting push around on the pitch? He's taller than Adri but he weighs much, much less. But still he's a very imposing figure on the pitch nonetheless.

Gee this thread has completely lost it. And Waleed pathetic attempt at humour pushed it over the edge.

Thanks man I do what I can somtimes.

Looking back at it, it really isnt that funny but it wasnt meant to be, more sarcastic than anything really. Keeping in mind that I posted after thinking for a while about how garbage he has become and getting pretty enraged about it I thought it was the best way for me to calm down and it did help to a certain extent.

I was one of the most ardent supporters of this guy on this forum through thick and thin I stood by him. Now it just seems silly as I really see no end in sight to what has gone from a spell of being off form to a general malaise of which I have not seen for quite some time. Compound that on the arrival of Crespo and seeing what a real striker is capable of producing for this squad then one has to wonder why it is we are still backing what looks like a horse that might be better put out to pasture than on a football field.

I hope and pray that he will return to his once all conquering ways but with each passing week that flame continues to putter out.

PS: What the hell do you Aussie bastards know about humor anyway, bunch of redneck bandits, go finish up your kangroo soup. ;)
