Seriously, although Chino has been very consistent next season, I'm still not convinced that he will be consistent this season.

IMO, Vieri and Adriano can co-exist. It just depend on the midfield. If they can do a great job, I'm sure 2 strikers can exist. Look at Yorke & Cole. They are strikers who can't create for themselves. But the Man Utd midfield of Giggs - Keane - Scholes - Beckham were outstanding so they can co-exist.

And speaking of left-footers, 10 bucks we have the deadliest left-footed players in the world. Recoba, Adriano, Martins, Kily and Vieri. Now who can beat them??? :D

Hand;)yo

-You reminded me of the old nice old trafford days...
but first of all, both yorke and cole were younger than vieri by several years.
-the english league is different than the italian, if bobo and adriano plays in the english one they would score dozens of goals.
-with a midfield like u mentioned (add to them blomqvist who benched giggs alot that year) was superb, they supply you with crosses from everywhere.
-both yorke and cole were very very fast.. they had pace, something that vieri lacks, and yorke used to fall a bit behind cole, and i really cant imagine this happening to adriano to go behind vieri, cuz its something not in him.

Ofcourse there is lots of games, but Vieri and Adriano are players who play all games. If they can't that's why is cheaper back-up players who are ready to sit on the bench. With Adriano-Chino our other forwards would be Oba, Kallon and Cruz. They are very good back-up players.. There is no team that can keep Vieri, Adriano or new-Chino on the bench. Adriano-Chino is our future.

I agree

I think ad-chino is the best choice.

But mancio comes , he is a good friend of vieri .

I think vieri is too old , and he is a nightmare for inter!

Yea Mancini will come. But even though he is Vieri's good friend he will not be able to ignore the talents of Adriano-Recoba. I'm sorry to say that Vieri's days at Inter are numbered.

Vieri? A nightmare for Inter?

I still think Vieri has an Inter future :sad2: & why not? He was good in Euro 2004, erm...:embarass: Ok, I’m being pretty ignorant! He kept heading the ball over the bar (& when he was needed to clear the ball, he missed) but still can you honestly say he was far worse than say Del Boy? Camoranesi? Raul? Pauleta? Trezeguet? Thuram? Henry? Fiore? Totti? Can you? No body is asking these players to quit (Maybe Del Boy  ) I just blame his awful heading thanks to the treatment he received from Zac; still I am ever grateful for Zaccheroni for providing such wonderful Inter victories! He’ll always have a special place in my heart  maybe a very, very, very, very small place thanks to his stupid treatment towards some players (Van der Meyde, Vieri etc :finger: )

Why can’t we have our very own Divine Ponytail? I want my own Divine Ponytail!!!! :crybaby:

yeah, do not worry, unless the new athletic trainer can make recoba and vieri has less injury...

I think we can still keep vieri and recoba in the same boat.. coz for sure they get injured so many times...

and I don't think Vieri is inter nightmare. The guy is still italian striker number one.. How bad can he be ?

Gilardino is about to take Vieri's role as Italy's number 1 striker, believe me. Yes, he has a future with Inter, but he has to accept that he may not be playing as important a role as he has done in the past.

I agree in this case...
I always think that adriano is our # 1 striker now...

if vieri moves out, which big teams can accomodate him as #1 striker ?

The only big teams that Vieri would be number 1 for would be Lazio or Roma. Or he could move abroad. He would still kick ass in EPL. But yea, Adriano is our man now.

Adriano - #10
Martins is a good striker but Adriano is the main man for the future, hopefully starting next season.

Thats why I want Vieri sold. Whats the use of keeping him when he doesn't match up well with Adriano and he will just take his place in the lineup?? We should cash in on him and use the cash to buy other players the team needs.

Yes, I certainly agree with you. I think it is better for Vieri to bow out now at the end of a season where he was the top scorer and is still considered a star rather than wait until the end of next season when he will be considered a has-been. He should move on from Inter.

Sure. Go ahead and bash the best coach Inter has had since Simoni.:rollani:

To be frank: How on Earth do you know ANYTHING about his rows with Bobo and VDM when neither parts have EVER spoken about it in public???

Or did you simply take side with Vieri and VDM??

Vieri did say he doesn't get along with zac in an interview with gazetta during euro 2004. ;)

Stefi, I already read that article. :);) I am merely wondering why he automatically took Vieri and VDM´s side?? Without knowing any of the DETAILS and therefore --> knowing the truth about the matter.

I don`t think that Vieri is nightmare for Inter.
Come on guys he is our player for 5 years, and four of tham he was one of the best players(along whit JZ)
Who drag us out of $hit for this years ,ronaldo didn`t thats for sure.
If he don`t agree to be on sqard rotation team ,than I think that he should go ,but we should remember him as big inter player.
I like him also because his grandmother is inter fan since 1908. :proud:
yes she is over 100 years old. Lucky girl. :D

The 2 players in question, Vieri and VDM seem to have attitude problems if you ask me so I take Zac's side.
