No worries.

It actually made sense. If they didn't open it, they would be forever dragged by it. If they open it, and conclude nothing new comes out of this, they will be able to say: "Hey we looked into it, but nothing incriminating was found."

Hi Luka,
even is something compromising comes out, I doubt Inter will get in trouble. Too much time has passed since the facts happen, so they would be overdue anyways.

Moggi's objective isn't of saving Juve, but his own ass.

Correct.

(not that I would be proud if we did something wrong, and got away simply because of beaurocratic reasons)

Moggi's objective isn't of saving Juve, but his own ass.
And correct.

...

At most what this investigation could do, would be revoking our 2005/2006 scudetto that's it. But thus far it won't happen. There is nothing yet that is incriminating.

I doubt any compensations or stuff like that will happen either.

Giraudo's "rito abbreviato" was based on the charges and evidence of the sports trial, hence Giraudo got a first degree conviction of 3 years.

BTW: During the sports trial, Moggi and Giraudo's defence were not allowed to use the tapes of the incriminated football matches to prove that most of the theories were bullshit.

However, talking again about Giraudo's situation,
On appeal he will be able to present evidence he considers in his favour, but since I am not a judge, nor a sports lawyer, I have no clue if the sentence will stay.

some news of the Giraudo trial:
As we know, he was sentenced on Dec 14th, 2009.
The motivations of Giraudo's sentence were supposed to be communicated within 30 days of the sentence (so, not later than March 14th). However, they have asked for an extension of another 45 days. So, the new deadline will be around the end of April.

they can't take the 2006 scudetto we did nothing wrong

if they want to take it then give us the stolen 97-98 / 2001-2002 scudetti

for 2001-2002 don't forget As Roma, as they finished on the 2nd spot.

for 97-98, let's suppose for a moment that Ceccarini would have awarded the penalty; let's also imagine that Inter would have equalised. Considering that the match was about to finish, it was unlikely that Inter would have scored another goal. So, Inter would still have finished the championship with less points than Juventus.
Also, for those who remember, Braschi did not award a goal to Inzaghi (equaliser after Djorkaeff's lead) during the game in Milan (4 Jan 1998).
But, yet again: it is a matter of opinions.

Inzaghi touched the ball with his hand before scoring from what I recall. Wasn't he offside as well?

Episode 9 of "Don't believe this idiot", about the juBe fans Hero (gsol) from juBe boards, and the founder of "juBe conspiracy FC" club :D

"Don't believe this idiot" round 9. Ding...

ps. A lot more to follow :shades:
pps. ...along with article translations :)

No you didn't read it. It is there. Trust me. I didn't read it once, I read it multiple times. Try actually reading it.

The_Destroyer said:
the matter can be easily solved. I told you to read at page 109. Tell me where should I read instead cause

juBe_expert_vel_gsol said:
Totti did not violate the article 6 and neither did Juve. A rule was designed allowing multiple Article 1s equaling an article 6 as if to say that three stolen apples equaled Murder 1.

The_Destroyer said:
Yes, it is so stupid that I don't believe it so find this rule according to which "multiple violantions of the article 1 make a violation of the article 6" or simply give up. If you are interested... I suggest you the usual page 109.

juBe_expert_vel_gsol said:
I played with no words and yes read everything. You said that the verdict (not the magistrate verdict but the CAF verdict) confirmed their guilt and haven't shown where. Sure it says "one article 6" violation (believe me I saw that before you did) but what was the violation. Was a game fixed? Was a ref bribed? Keep reading as I did. The combination of article 1's is there.

The_Destroyer said:
Quote please, do not cheat!

juBe_expert_vel_gsol said:
You yourself admitted that Juventus weren't punished for match fixing yet you claim that Article 6 was violated. Do you know what Article 6 is? You are contradicting yourself.

The_Destroyer said:
here it is the article so at least you will shut the **** up

1. Il compimento, con qualsiasi mezzo, di atti diretti ad alterare lo svolgimento o il risultato di una gara ovvero ad assicurare a chiunque un vantaggio in classifica, costituisce illecito sportivo.

and at page 109 there is written exactly what is bolded

juBe_expert_vel_gsol said:
In the end whether or not the taps were altered is secondary. Even if they were delivered in their entirety to the sports tribunal (like they were to Maddalena) they still failed to provide any proof of match fixing. The fact that now Telecom employees are admitting that the evidence had been tinkered is a plus for those who do not believe farsopoli was legit.

The_Destroyer said:
now that I gave you the exact text of the article 6 you can finally read what you need on page 109 ad stop repeating the same fact one thousand times like a retard

97-98

the match wasn't finished and if we got that pk and scored maybe we could've scored again and won the match there was time and it wasn't finished but we will never know cause we didn't get that pk and juBe stole the scudetto :)

2001-2002

chiveo inter there was a clear pk on ronlado and guess who was the refree ? thats right

de santis :)

if we won that match we didn't need to win vs lazio

but that didn't happen and juBe stole another scudetto :)

in 2001-2002 inter was leading by 9 points or more in the last 5-6 games if im not wrong, so blame hector cuper for dropping points just like how ancelotti did to us for 2 seasons in a row :p

"Don't believe this idiot" round 10. Ding...

ps. The reason why in those posts he is quoting things in italian (at the beginning of a debate), is because gsol declared that he understands italian - afrer all he said, he read it all  - which after some time was apparent, that he can't :p:p:p (that well)

Finally: the press release page 109 (the one you refuse to read!)

Moggi e Giraudo, sono stati ritenuti responsabili di un solo episodio di illecito sportivo;
partita.

and the article 6
1. Il compimento, con qualsiasi mezzo, di atti diretti ad alterare lo svolgimento o il risultato di una gara ovvero ad assicurare a chiunque un vantaggio in classifica, costituisce illecito sportivo.
