Pretty sure the game was a notorious EL showdown.

Nah, the game Bale exploded was definitely CL. We were 4-0 at the San Siro then he scored a hat-trick. We did play them again in 2013 in the EL and he left that summer.

Anyone knows the complete details of the contract? Like wages, signing on fee.

You re absolutely right, must have slipped my mind that we also played them in the 10/11 CL. Only really remember the schalke games of that CL campaign!!!!!

It's rumoured he's going to earn around 10m/season but i haven't read anything about signing on fee. We'll probably know more about it by the end of fiscal year in June.

Salary is apparently 10m€. There's been rumors of 2m€ bonuses added but no specifications and confirmations if it's true.

About the other payable stuff in the transfer, there was a rumor of 10m€ signing on fee to the player side (so signing bonus to the player + commission to the agent). So probably he cost us around 30m€ + salaries for the next 4,5 years.

Eriksen's contract is €7.5m +€1.5m. Similar to Lukaku's.
There's also a report that his contract until June 2020 will be worth €6m net + €500k in bonuses and it will then increase to a total of 9m. Possibly reaching 10m if everything is ticked but the base is not higher than 8 for sure.

he's definitely one of those players who are now much more affordable for Serie A teams thanks to the "decreto crescita" law.

This is the difference of having quality management. Marotta is delivering big time. We have a quality coach, have started building a squad that suits the coach, and now have marquee players like Eriksen joining us. The gap between the value of our squad and what we paid for them keeps on increasing, thats just the bonus of proper management.

Marotta, full respect to you, you miserly genius.

Well, from what I understand, we've been getting record numbers of interactions/likes/new followers on social media. The club was dead on that front just 2.5 years ago. So that "journalist" can eat shit

That's why it rains all the time in England, to dilute the salt.

They are already pissed off that Lukaku is doing well. And now, despite Eriksen's poor form, the general consensus is that he'll do well here in Serie A - this probably drives that whole country mad.

Let's hope Eriksen will excel here. England will then need all the rain in the world.

I thought Eriksen was 32 or 33 years old until very recently, due to all the salty comments from EPL fans that implied he is "so past his prime" etc. I laughed so hard when I wiki'd him up and saw that he is 27, about to turn 28. In fact his birthday is the same day as mine, February 14th.

I hadn't realised people at UK are so salty about this move.

I can accept something like that from a football fan. But from a journalist it's simply pathetic.

Coming from BBC, it's really appalling.

And just the other day, in their homage to Bryant they showed by mistake another player.

I guess they are just not that good after all.

I was waiting the welcoming video to be him being a conductor of the orchestra, and close ups of his hands moving with the stick and an immediate cut to a video of him assisting some wow assist, this several time. And some smirk of his at the end.

Something along those lines...

LOL WTF BBC then again same dudes that showed Lebron in a video announcing Kobe s death so class truly is not their thing.
But WTF how can one not get the dream thing? It s quite obvious that the video is aimed at inter fans and to most of us a player of eriksens caliber was just a distant dream until like a week ago. Fuckwits

Also presentation videos are dead since alexis video at Manu? We made one for every player i can remember since then and not oce did a fucken reporter trash it even if it was way worse then the one we jus put together.
