We are paying Eto'o way too much. Simple as that.

You have to look at the context. Selling Zlatan and getting Eto'o saved us a lot of money, we would be paying more had we kept Zlatan. Also, like it's was said, Eto'o is more of a support striker now than a pure striker. I think he even plays as an AM for Cameroon, and you can see that he is to be found in the midfield much more than Zlatan was.

I said it a day ago with the formation......i wanted Balotelli to start. There is no reason to not play him when 1) he is on form and 2) when he helps us offensive wise, another reason why we sucked today was cambiasso, who sucked when it came to holding possesion and passing the ball, cambiasso and also MAICON and that is why in the first half we werent capable of doing ANYTHING. I hope Jose sees that Motta and Mario should start in the next CL match, unless cambiasso gets back his form there is no way he should start in the CL.

Lucio was a MONSTER...as i said before one mistake doesnt take away what he has done all season, IMMENSE defensively AND offensivley.

Jose Mourinho got it right this time: he made proper substitutions this time and changed the tactics well! A well deserved success for The Special One THIS TIME, because other times I saw totally INSANE substitutions and tactical changes! I never imagined Materazzi as a second striker or an attacking midfielder! Even in Football Manager such thing would be labeled as PAZZA! Well, Mourinho did it!
