Fuck the EPL tbh

(Nothing against you bro)Tbh there is a flamer paradise section and even EPL thread there. Why spoil the discussion thread?

At least there are few who are interested and going by previous seasons threads there are many who wants to discuss about the league.

Anyways to get things started:

Swansea agreed a £6.8million fee for Sigurdsson. Amazing deal for Swansea, he was superb for them last season (Since Jan as he joined in Jan) and surprised that not many teams were in for him. Class player.

I'm praying that Man City will seal the deal for T.Silva. Be it straight cash or a swap with Balo.

I think Mancini said Milan are not interested in selling Silva and also Silva's agent said Barca and City are interested. I dont see him leaving Milan this season. I think Milan asked for 40 Million pounds and City wants to pay only 30 Million. (This is the whole summary doing rounds in media :D )

---------- Post added at 15:27 ---------- Previous post was at 15:22 ----------

Thiago Silva:
I have been told that for Milan I am a fundamental part of the team and non-transferable,” Silva told Gazzetta.

“Am I tempted to play in the Premier League or La Liga? Absolutely not. I am happy at Milan and I want to stay.

“I spoke with Adriano Galliani before I left for Hamburg (where Brazil beat Denmark 3-1 in a friendly on Saturday), and he told me: ‘You can stay calm because you are not leaving this club’.”

Ibrahimovic and I think the same way. We came to this club to win and we are staying for that same reason.”

Silva's agent:

“Neither I nor Thiago have had contacts with Manchester City or Barcelona,” Paulo Tonietto said last week.

“His preference is certainly Milan. Only the club executives of Milan can decide whether to sell the player. Right now the rumours circulating regarding his future are simply media speculation.”

I've already come to that conclusion and will treated as a fact from now on.

Is there any insight you can provide on Southhampton and Reading Monster? I don't know much about these two recently promoted teams.

Sorry mate, I dont know much about them. All I know is Southampton achieved back to back promotion and were among favs to finish bottom half/relegation place, but they finished 2nd.

I will check the teams and will let you know if I find anything interesting about these teams.

Brendan Rodgers has agreed a deal to become the new manager of Liverpool Football Club.

Boo...I liked him at Swansea. Hopefully they are able to continue playing nice football.

All I know about Southampton is Le Tissier.
