English media claims that Zaha, one of the best young forwards in EPL, is not playing because he fucks Moyes daughter

They never played 3-5-2. They played 3-4-1-2, and only in ONE game, vs. Sunderland.

:yao:

They play 3 men defense only in their last game, and Cou is injured for like 2 weeks now, so...

Pretty sure Rodgers experimented with the back 3 at times last year. I still stand by the statement that Coutinho can work well in a system with a back 3. Be it 3-5-2 or 3-4-1-2.

3-4-1-2 he may, to be the '1' behind two strikers. Or as LW in 3-4-3. But in 3-5-2, nah.

3-5-2 as a support striker. It would play like a 3-5-1-1 similar to what we do now with Alvarez.

I've read he's determined to stay and fight for starting 11. He played in two games: v Stoke and Aston Villa, neither was won by City. He's probably fourth after Aguero, Dzeko and Negredo right now

Negredo should be the first choice player, performed well and a superb #9. His link up play, forward play with Aguero with both making space for other was very good. I would say Aguero and Negredo are the first choice.

Hope they don't waste Jovetic's career.

If he doesn't play much this year he should just leave. It will only get worse and he should truly believe that. If you think City can go a summer without spending on the forward line you are wrong. He will be 5th choice before he knows it.

Wow, look at people getting worked up. Jovetic was injured ffs, he has just returned from injury and scored 2 goals. You don't expect him to play vs Bayern when he's just returned, do you?

Indeed. Lulz at Dzeko though. He probably thought he was bonafide starter without Mancini, with Mario and Tevez gone and with Negredo bought to be his "sub".
If pellegrini has any sense, negredo would be the starter. Works harder, better team player/less selfish, heading is better and finishing is great too.

I thought Dzeko would be first choice with Aguero as he was very good in pre season but when you look at what Negredo brings to the team it's such an easy choice. Not sure about Jovetic though as he isn't fully fit and not even sure which position he will play as they have Silva, Aguero, Navas to take up the positions behind striker.

Negredo is such a natural goal scorer and you can just see it when you watch him play. His movement, link up play, finishing are just excellent.

On the other hand you got to feel for Dzeko. One of the best striker in the world when played in Bundesliga. His touch, movement, Vision was superb and then he was made into super sub. He should have left them in the summer. Maybe he thought he will be their first choice after Tevez, Balotelli left and if this continues he might be on his way out next year. He will be a great replacement for Lewandowski IMO.

i forgot to quote your post :)

Good that you forgot because you missed the point entirely. It was not about whether Moyes was British or Scottish, it was about Moyes is not English.
