By my reasoning, players should do what feels best for them. Maybe Young has motivation to play for Aston Villa and Kolarov didn't have a motivation to play for Bologna. Who are we to just their motivations? Like Universe said, all clubs need players who are okay being just backups. Specially a club like Inter which have very defined starting defenders.
