I think Uefa should start putting teams on merit in CL, and not restrict the big leagues to have only 4 teams in the CL. That way, we will have teams like Atletico Madrid, Villareal, Fiorentina and Palermo in the CL, rather than crappy teams like Febrenache(or however the hell, they spell it) which no one gives a shit about.

names like Steua,Dinamo Buchurest,CSKA,Red Star Belgrade,Slavia,Dinamo Zagreb,Hajduk Split,Ferencvaros,Ujpest D,Galatasaray,Panathinaikos have a deeper history in the CL then half the teams in the current league ,let alone the ones youve stated

Look, in Serie A there are many teams that are capable of competing for a CL spot: Inter, Juve, Milan, Roma, Lazio, Fiorentina, Palermo.

It's tough to see any of those teams absent and to make way for some other teams that we haven't even heard of. It doesn't help to attract people to this cup, and it also reduces the cup's competitiveness, assuming Palermo would be able to beat a team top the Greece's league (personal opinion).

I can't really see why they should reduce the number of 4 teams from Serie A entering this competition, 4 really is minimum.
