I am so glad that Holland lost this final. Holland has always tried to play football that is fun to watch. With their horrible style of play in 2010 it would have been a death blow to any attacking style Holland might play in the future had they been successful now. There are plenty of boring national teams, we do not need to add another.

Van Bommel was pretty damn dirty too, not so much in the final (compared to what De Jong did) but I remember watching other matches where he would make extremely harsh tackles and not get punished.
