Dude, if any of my countrymen posted that, just ignore... The guy's good, I love his character and "heart", but, honetly, among the 5 best DM in the World right now? NO effin WAY

Best way to treat Medel right now is simple: "He's a wait and see player". Some guys just click on some teams, even if unproven (Example, once again Milito on Inter), and some "BEASTS" of players just never find their ground (Balo...).

Do I think he'll be stellar for us in 6 months or even 1 year, NO. I hope so, but I doubt it.

Will he be good for us "given time to adapt if needed" I think he could. He's not a star, or the next Mathaus, but he has the heart to actually achieve it. See him as a "fan" of whatever teams he plays on, on the field.

I think Medel will be a fine Cambiasso replacement. The Cambiasso from last year, not Cambiasso at his peak. Medel has the same tackling ability, but less attacking ability. His fitness makes up for it.
