We still benefit from his next sale...it's a shame we couldn't get more.

What happens if they do a player swap for him? How would that work with us getting our money?

not sure but maybe a cash payment after evaluation of the deal. It would be nice if we had put a clause that e can take him back and then we can resell him to Madrid

Kondogbia committed to Valencia

Geoffrey Kondogbia’s agent confirmed he “wants to remain with Valencia for many years, but he has a contract with Inter and the two clubs will decide.”

The midfielder made the move over the summer on loan with option to buy and has made a huge impact in La Liga.

“He is very happy here at Valencia and for the future we’ll find a solution that suits both the Spanish club and Inter,” brother and agent Evans Kondogbia told Superdeporte.

“Geoffrey feels that he has everything he needs in Valencia and even brought his family to live in this beautiful city, where he plays for a team that can compete at high levels. He wants to remain with Valencia for many years.

“He still has a contract with Inter and we never know what might happen, but my job is to find the best solution for everybody. I hope he can stay here for many years, but it all depends on the two clubs.

“Geoffrey is working hard and dreams of going to the World Cup in 2018. There is a lot of competition in the France midfield, but Didier Deschamps will certainly call him up if he maintains this standard to March.”

Don’t know what you are happy about. We got rid of him for a massive loss to just keep Bro and Joao who are much worse. We need to be better at selling and buying. For the price we wasted on Joao. Valencia got us to give them 2 starters that are putting them in a very good league positon. Both will be sold in the summer for way way more then what we sold them for

As long as Brozo and Mario dont score an own goal from 50M, they are better than this guy for me. Some members here forgot how shit he was at Inter, has few good moments and lot of bad ones.

Btw, he isn't same type as Brozo or Mario, more like Vecino and Gags, and they are way better than him.

Isn't the loss a result of amortization?

Yup, people jumping on him because he said "much" worse. I might be biased, but they haven't been "much" better than him either. It's stupid that with all of the central midfielders we have right now none of them were as physical as him. Vecino could be a legitimate replacement but not nearly as efficient as he was in that regard and it is something that we lack.

I thought using the word much was just wow and I still don't think anyone we have is worse than him. K-dog was the definition of shit.

And thank God we have Candreva or my name would be Kondogbia which would be embarrasing since he's at La Liga right now.

I feel it was too late and his head was already made up to leave when Spalletti came. Would like to have him back under him though.

Couldn't hit a barn door with Inter. Must feel less pressure there.

Because in Serie A he wouldn't get that much of space easily.

And there's much more pressure on the players. It's probably the league where mistakes are converted the most, so you can't really afford to be complacent. That makes lots of players nervous.
