Just use part of CL earnings to sign this guy. Use the Vidal, Vecino and Kolarov savings to grab Frattesi and bring back Agoume. Then spend monies along with Pinamonti, to grab a striker. My guess, De Vrij is going to be sacrificed to be "financially responsible".

I watched Torino too many times this year, and I just can't get enough watching him dominate everybody. We need to lock this asap.

Bremer - Skriniar - Bastoni would be rock solid + very young defence.

How is Bremer's offensive ability in case we use him as RCB? Considering he's Brazilian and those guys love to attack, he might offer more than Skriniar moving forward.

Young yet experienced. All of them have enough seasons behind them to know this league.

It certainly seems he is Inter bound, Bayern rumours aren't anything to worry about they'll settle on Rudiger and rightfully so, makes sense.

Many things seemed like "Inter bound" like

- Hakimi staying and even showing clear gestures in front of the camera
- Lukaku staying here and becoming our force upfront for the next years
- Kolarov finally leaving (that is one of the biggest jokes)
- Brozovic signing a new contract
- Ginter joining Inter for free (in January it was said everywhere it's already a done deal)
- a new stadium finally being officially planned / started to build
- ...

I just mentioned a few things, I bet there are plenty more. So I wouldn't be surprised if we won't get Bremer...

I totally agree with you, if he does not come I won't be surprised. I am one of the few who is still happy with S-S-B at the back, if SDV doesn't mind being on the bench which I don't see Bremer to me is a pointless transfer, only because our depth at the back is extremely poor and you can't rely on 3 defenders for the whole season.

Interesting take on Hakimi, people love him even after the gesture I've always said this, yea we needed to sell someone but players can always say no, right?

Anyway, stay on topic, I agree, he may not come, don't trust any news sources or rumours.

Yea once, I did not leave. I told my employer they made a mistake, showed them some documents (one ironically was on the wall as we spoke) I stayed and made it very successful. However;

Is a player forced to leave if told? Serious question.. just we have seen a lot of transfers not go through due to "Player rejected contract etc" so if they are told by their employer by the "afraid we have to let you go" speech.. why did they stay?

I don't think that speech is relevant to football, unless you're a coach.

Well, that's how it goes.

Unless you're Winston Bogarde.

Also no one wants to admit it but Hakimi jumped at the chance of leaving.

I disagree with this. I don’t think he wanted to leave but when your club makes it clear they would like to cash in on you why would you stick around if you’re Hakimi? This isn’t a guy short of suitors or someone who will have to take a pay cut to facilitate a move, if anything you’re going to get an increase and play with Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe. When your employer is trying to push you into a better salary and a better team why would you fight it?

I think we've said the same thing in different ways.

For me it's about kissing a badge and pointing to the ground, then leaving. If you loved the club that much you would fight to stay, you would ask for a different solution.

Kissing the badge means nothing to me. 20 years ago maybe, but not anymore.

Besides, if we're about to compare a club's badge to someone, many people kissed the ones they loved once but didn't stay with them forever, nor did they fight to stay with them no matter what.

What did you expect Hakimi to do? Fall to his knees and begs to stay because he loves the club more than Inter needing money?

For me, Hakimi was always going to leave. The only thing is I wished he would stay for at least 3 years and to sell him when he's at his peak for the best possible profit.

Serie A can't keep players like Hakimi for their whole career.

Your employer says he wants to get rid of you publicly and another company wants you where they would even pay you more money.

No one with dignity would stay.

I agree with the kissing of the badge but it's different how he did it, he didn't do it during a goal celebration. He did it at the end of the season to show fans his intentions and love for the club, made a huge statement.

I totally understand your employer comes "right lad, we gotta sell ya.. this that this that, PSG want you.." right see ya later mate.. of course I understand this.

He didn't need to beg, he just rejects offers from other clubs, he stays, he has a contract which entitles him too.

There are always different solutions in life, some people just want the easy or first route out.. example Lukaku was sold (yes, we had no clue this was going to happen) however if Hakimi didn't jump ship no thoughts given, this would have been that solution.
