If we take our chances when they come and stop their creative players when they try: then we will win this game. But I honestly did not want this: Barca play videogame football and they give the impression that they will rip anyone apart. But it's like they say in all team sports: "DEFENCE WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS!" and I believe if we bring our A game both offensively and defensively - We'll be unstoppable! FORZA INTER!!!

OK I'll be the first to try and predict our game plan:

First leg at San Siro, we play very very tight and squeeze a 1-0 advantage.

Second leg at Camp Nou, they attack us like hungry wolves but we play the shell game and counter, we end 1-1.

Am I being too optimistic?

It will be historical season for us if we qualify against Barca.

But yet, I belive in our team, we impressed in CL this year and we may beat anyone.. just we need to stick Lucio for Messi and if he doesn't play around or do whatever he wants then Barca is dead.

In other way Xavi, Iniesta, Zlatan are too strong, and tough to stop, but Messi is the owner of the company. And I belive that Lucio will do his magical job again, like he did before against Drogba.

No offense but Lucio cant guard Messi. Messi is simply too fast and too good for our defense. I would rather make Lucio man mark Ibra, while the rest of the defense focus on Messi.

Our two DM (Cambiasso, Motta) needs to mark Iniesta and Xavi out of the game for us to stand any chance.

Woah.. I'd never expect the optimism in us to sky-rocket from last year to now. Heck i didnt even expect to make the quarters let alone the semis.
I'd expect us to score at least a goal and a clean sheet at home for us to have an advantage at the Nou Camp.

wrong. against Rubin Kazan Messi was pretty good, he didnt score 4 goals but he put in a good effort. him and Zaltan tried to create space for each other, they kind of succeeded but only for luck to deny them.

Arsenal didnt really have time to defend there 0-1 lead, or did they? by the time they were trying to organize themselves Messi played an incredible one-two with Silvestre for the first time shot and then scored, which meant that Arsenal needed to score another goal to qualify hence; attack.

We have to get a very good result from this match so that we can go to Camp Nou to defend for 90 minutes with 10 man. That is the only way.

I'd say that we have to win, 0-0 is not enough. Preferably with two goals. Sounds hard? Might be but tight defending and odd counters could do it. In this match we can't waste ANY scoring chances, do you hear me Milito and Eto'o.

I agree man, Milito and Eto missed way too many chances, this must NOT happen against Barca!!! My prediction is that we'll have 3 clear chances per game, so u see what happens if Milito misses a 100 % chance, or Eto slips before an open goal!

No more 4-3-3 with Pandev. It kills Eto'o's ability to cause problems.

??????? I would say Eto kills himself with not being able to score and to deliver the ball as unselfish as Pandev does!

My biggest concern for this match is Sneijder vs Yaya Toure. If you guys remember, Yaya had Wesley in his pocket throughout the first leg. Obviously it was just Sneijder's first few matches and he hasn't really clicked yet but he was truly owned.

Goes back to Wesley's RM days too, tbh...There's definitely a confidence edge, I believe, that Yaya has over Wesley in their matchup.
